Pros:

You can use a lift, stay in a quiet area with many diversity shops, cafés and Imbiss. Scooter rental at the motel.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working well. To set the temperature was not possible. Chargers were getting out of the sockets.

It's so loud, I can't sleep at all. There's nothing in the room. The fabric is as seam as thin as a handkerchief. No dryer, no air conditioning, no fan.

Very bad experience.
Cons:

The staff were very unfriendly and abrupt. Very hard bed and they were cleaning rooms all night creating a lot of noise that kept me awake all night. This affected my performance at work the next day. Overall, not a good experience.

One of the worst places we stayed in Vietnam.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and helpful, except for the lady manager who did not want to sort our queries out once she took our money.

Cons:

The owner did not turn the electricity on when we asked to see the room before paying. When we saw what the room was really like ( with big holes in the ceiling, dirty sheets with hairs and dirty marks) we asked to get a refund but she refused. We had to go to a different room and pay more in order to get clean sheets and a window. The bathroom smelt of sewage constantly.

Very good
Pros:

Near bus stop, traveling spots, enthusiastic staffs. There are plenty of good street food around the hotel.

Cons:

Quite loud in the morning, it might be because of the location of the hotel in the centre of Hanoi.
