Avoid if you can
Pros:

The only good thing was Clean Bed ,Clean Doormats and the owner attitude was good as he seemed to know that he has been getting service related negative feedback but tried to mend things.

Cons:

A huge pillar inside bedroom, dirty bathroom, dirty buckets and mug, cupboard which has zero utility, Wifi that does not work, electrical switches don't work( at least they got a table to plug separately) , hotel situated in some inside corner with approach roads not that great .For the room size ,amenities and service the price of 1400k in Laharatara is overcharge at best .
