The hotel is in the most perfect position with a lovely view over the valley. There are only three rooms and it's incredibly peaceful. All you hear is the sound of the river in the valley below. Meals are simple but good. The owner is so helpful and a very interesting person. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's a really delightful place to stay. And incredibly good value.

Once we found Eco Vibe Resort online, it immediately ticked a lot of boxes for what we were looking for: a stay in nature, away from the crowds, with great views, a clean and safe environment, and genuine hospitality. If you are looking for something like this, do not hesitate—just book it.

Supun and his staff will take care of all your needs and wishes, just as they did with ours. The effort to imagine, dream, and eventually build a property like this is truly 'out of the box.' Combining all of that with such outstanding hospitality is a remarkable achievement.

The property is absolutely stunning!! designed by Supun the owner and built with input from his father who was an engineer! The view from the room is honestly one of the greatest I’ve ever seen. The starry night sky and beautiful sunrise were magical. So many details to take in! The common area is relaxing and welcoming. Supun is incredibly kind and took us to see the local waterfall and rice fields, pointing out wildlife and sharing knowledge along the way. He helped us arrange a tuk tuk to get to viewpoints and entrances to walks/hikes. We loved being somewhere more rural and away from the typical tourist route. A true highlight of our trip so far, we would highly recommend staying here.

Original, beautiful and the owner is so nice ! He gaves us many advises and we had a wonderful night. Don’t hesitate to eat there the food is also very good.

Incredibly unique stay: 10/10 food (vegan and nut free options, chef was always open to our requests), fantastic and kind staff (Supun the owner and his dad were so kind and Isuru was lovely!), beautiful views right from the bed, comfortable bed, the constant sounds of wildlife, fantastic tours available!

This was truly a special and unforgettable stay. The place is simple yet absolutely stunning – a beautiful structure immersed in greenery, with breathtaking views over the mountains. A real hidden gem where nature and peace surround you completely.

The owner is a wonderful person, incredibly kind and welcoming. He’s also a wildlife photography enthusiast – and truly talented! I honestly believe he should publish his work – his shots are amazing.

Dinner was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the whole team was so kind and thoughtful. They even waited for us until late, as my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well, just so we could still enjoy our meal when she felt better. That kind of care is rare to find.

A magical place with beautiful people. We left with full hearts (and full bellies!).

This was one the best hotels i stayed in my time in Sri Lanka. The staff was great and the owner even more so. I did a tour with him through the knuckle forest reserve and it was absolutely beautiful. He also knew a great deal about the places we went to and the local community.

The hotel was clean, had a good vibe and the vieuw from my room was amazing.

2 other rooms where being built and he had plans to put in a pool. If this place gets known, its going to be packed with tourist.

I would highly recommend this place and if i ever go to Sri Lanka again, this hotel is going to be at the top of my list.

Me and my partner could not be more impressed by our stay here, the views were breathtaking and the staff were wonderful catering to all our needs.
Our meals, specified to our requests, were vibrant and full in taste. Supun was very informative of the nature that surrounded us and what wonderful walks were within the vicinity in which he sorted out a local to take us in his tuktuk.
If you are considering to stay here I could not recommend it more! Supun in his humble nature eluded to a 10% charity donation from the fee you pay to stay here, so if nothing sways your mind giving a little to charity surely does!!
