The room is very big and nice for a cheap price. I would definitely recommend it.
The location is close to the river and in walking distance to the national museum. It is possible to rent a bicycle or motor bike at the hotel, but they take it from another company so you have to organize it well in advance.
Which is difficult as there is rarely anyone at the reception other than the kids.
The restaurant at the hotel was closed during my stay in the off season and there were not so many other options around.
There was a strange quite loud constant sound in the room. Not from the street but maybe a drain? Brighter light would be nice too.
Lovely hotel, lovely people, clean and friendly
It was a super spacious room, beautiful pool and bathroom. Really comfortable
The towel rack was broken, the loo seat was broken, the bulb went in the bathroom and then the water didn’t work for a few hours. The staff were lovely but spoke no English so just need google translate if you don’t speak Khmer
Even tho we had booked only one night they left us checking early and super late check out as we were taking a bus to go south they allow us to come after a day trip to Phnom kulen to enjoy the pool and take another shower before entering our night bus , nice staff always there to help us out
Also super nice location no so far from the center but far enough from the busy street , only a dollar tuktuk away from busy street ,
Highly recommended
Jasmine who is the caretaker is nice and takes care of cleaning, a sweet person. Beds comfortable
When booking pay attention as room is for fan only, not automatic air conditioning as is the norm with most hotel bookings here, ac costs more. When the listing for here says the word fan and doesn't list air conditioning on the amenities list of the room your booking it is translated to no ac and your asked to pay more on arrival if you want ac. The booking details does not say fan only/no air conditioning, when making a reservation, this detail is not stated specifically and obscured, heads up
Great accommodation, away from the fuss. ToLa was sweet and helpful throughout the whole stay. Will definitely come back!
The room was spacious and dry, mostly quiet at night to get some sleep. It’s in a nice area outside or the center. You will need a motorbike
Price was double on arrival of what i booked online, reception unwilling to negotiate despite their mistake. Arrived late so decided to stay anyway. Toilet wasnt clean with fluids and a lot of hair
The staff was fantastic!
They helped us sort out a driver to the Thai border and Angkor Wat at better price than what we could find online or around.
Very cozy and comfortable room
This hotel was a little gem. Really nice and the main guy running it was a top bloke. Would highly recommend.
Nice and comfy rooms. Great location. Value for money.
I think they just changed the management or handed over the business to another person. We didn't feel welcomed. We couldn't go to the swimming pool as it wasn't clean (looked under maintenance).
Value for money.
The staff is very hospitable and understanding. The owner speaks English and Russian. The location is very good for going to Angkor Wat. They also cooperate with a bike rental service. So everything was nice.
