The beds were large and comfortable, the staff was plenty friendly and the location is less than a 2Km walk to the ocean!
No breakfast as advertised, and the showerhead was broken, but it was still functional enough.
This is a modern hotel in Vietnam with a wonderful staff. They are English speaker friendly, and have motorbikes for rent at the facilities. Rooms are great for the price in a quiet and low traffic neighborhood.
The beach for swimming or ocean activities is not easily in walking distance, and you will need motor transportation to get there or the sand dunes.

Queen Sea Homestay. Owner is very nice. Upgraded our room from 2 bed to 3 bed for free (hopeful for the good review for sure, but regardless).
Room was quite nice with AC and fridge. Had some free water for us there, as well as towels and some shampoo. The beds were comfy and clean.
Nothing much right in vicinity of the place, but Grab works and it's real fast to move around in this area as the streets are empty.
Could've been a little bit cleaner (sofa and floor rug), but otherwise all really good. Payment cash only, but no surprises in the price and payment at arrival.
Super friendly and caring owner… he offered me a bigger room for the same price and also a free bicycle to explore the city.
