Pros:

There was no hotel name of Avaria Hotel in KL. It was permanent closed in this location. Please rectify your website regarding this matter. Because I was very tired and booked another hotel at higher price due to family and children condition. I hope that you would make your website updated.

Need to do some improvements for the hotel to give best service to customers.
Cons:

I don't like the location of the hotel which is around crowded area and no parking provided.Also,the hotel room is dirty and uncomfortable to stay.Would not come again to this hotel
