Old but comfortable; just plan to have breakfast elsewhere
Pros:

The rooms were in good shape, even if dated looking. Clean, comfortable. Mostly quiet. Front staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Milk, juice, and boiled eggs were all frozen! Corn Flakes or Fruit Loops for cereal, white bread with peanut butter or jam, and coffee. That's all there was. No staff after 10:00PM.

Would not recommend. Unclean and dangerous.
Cons:

Homeless drunk at bottom of stairs blocked my exit from my floor. Had to deal with a confrontation before being able to leave. Floors didn't look vacuumed, edges of dust around the room. Mold in the bathtub. Homeless person camped out at rear of my truck in parking lot.
