Pleasant little hotel, a great value
Pros:

Very pleasant room, and air conditioner and WiFi both worked well. Noisy dogs on one side, noisy roosters on the other, but we rather enjoy this kind of noise. The first morning, there were workmen in the next room and on the roof by 8 a.m. or earlier, less pleasant noise, but maybe they were trying to get the water back on (if so, we were grateful). No real hot water and the shower handle didn't work well, so sometimes it was difficult to get any water at all in the shower. Once all of the water went off entirely and when we mentioned it, it was turned back on at the main! Breakfast not included but we purchased it the first morning. Eggs were not as we requested them but perhaps this was due to a lack of understanding (our Spanish is limited though it was sufficient to describe how we wanted our eggs cooked elsewhere). The hotel is a few minutes walk from the center, but not veyr far, and we enjoyed being in a real neighborhood.
Hope it doesn't sound as though we are complaining. We enjoyed our stay and it was quite a good value for the price.
