Het was er extreem schoon. De bedden slapen heerlijk. Het eten in het restaurant is absoluut fantastisch. Vooral de chifrijo, was niet normaal lekker. De hostel is loopafstand van schattige dingen. (Sterke aanrader is modo café). Het personeel is vriendelijk. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes voelen erg huiselijk.

Very clean and comfortable, my 6 bed dorm had its own bathroom which was nice plus another shared bathroom in the hallway. There were lots of great events that made it easy to be social. Staff was super friendly and helpful with all my questions.
Minor complaint but the hallway floors were really squeaky and the door handles made noise as you typed in the code so it makes it tough to stay quiet when coming in late. The walls also aren’t all that soundproof so you could be in a quiet room and still be kept up by other people in the hostel.
Also, not the hostel’s fault but I just really didn’t like San Jose. I ended up leaving a day early, but if you really want/need to stay in SJ, this is a great place to do it.
Fantastic hostel. Beds very comfortable, good location for bus terminals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything you need for a hostel is here and in good condition. Rooftop shared kitchen and seating area very nice. Highly recommend.
Just a suggestion, mugs in the kitchen in addition to coffee cups....for us tea drinkers

La ducha no tenía puerta y eso hacía que el piso se mantuviera mojado.
Organised an airport shuttle, which was great as my flight was delayed, so much appreciated as it was a long day!
Friendly, welcoming & helpful staff. Great communication and quick response to messages prior to booking and during my delay.
Lots of activities if you wanted to join. Great communal spaces to hang out on own or meet other travellers.
Booked a private room with bathroom, it was nosy at times as next to outdoor
terrace and kitchen. No issues late night as everyone left to go out out!
No AC but had a fan that did the job.
Really comfy bed, complete darkness, slept well until could hear other guests and motorists in the morning. Ear plugs are provided for this very reason!
The place is nice and clean, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops & slights.
Would definitely recommend to stay here.
Noisy at times but provide ear plugs, shame they were too big for my small ears!
