Perfect location, poor sound insulation
Pros:

I really liked the very central location, just 3 minutes from the train station, with restaurants only a few steps away.
Very clean and beautiful.

Cons:

The walls are like cardboard — I could hear everything the person in the next room was doing, even when they were farting.
The elevator is extremely small.
