Pros:

The staff were wonderful and inviting. Asked for a kettle and was given one. None in the room. The location is two streets away from the station and close to public transport. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Brilliant hot shower. Nice is a lovely lively town and great night life. If you up to the castle beware of the closing times of the lift and the train otherwise there are a lot repeat a lot of stairs to climb down.

Cons:

The room is smal and the bathroom is a bit of a squeeze. The lift is also tight. But I have experience small rooms in France before so was not unexpected, and would stay here again no problem.

Genuinely I would never stay there again, but hey at least it was 3 rooms for 900.
Pros:

The genuine only good thing about this hotel is where it’s located. Close to shops, 20 min walk from the beach. That’s it.

Cons:

The facilities themselves didn’t seem clean, the towels were never replaced, bedsheets were gross. 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked were infested with bugs. One of which was mosquitos and the other was some sort of bug in the bed. The showers were so bad that you either got insanely cold water or burning hot. The room was so dusty and the blanket smelled so weird.

Fantastic.
Pros:

The location was definitely a major factor to my stay, around a 15 minute walk from the Massena and less than 5 minutes from Nice-Ville station. It was clean and the room size was perfect for solo travelling.

Cons:

The showers temperature fluctuated a lot often with random boiling water coming through for no reason and the pipes smelled a little, nothing too overbearing though. The bed was a little hard too.
