Da parte da simpatia de alguns funcionarios o quarto tambem tinha algum conforto
Da parte da ma informacao comecou logo quando ao pagar o quarto nao fui informada que a maior parte do que vinha descrito nao estava a funcionar tal como ginásio spah e mais .So fui informada depois e alem do mais nunca nos informaram que estavam sem internet e televisao onde acho que tive foi num retiro espiritual
Disponibilidade de bicicletas elétricas para passear pela zona! A vista do quarto, o pequeno-almoço, a disponibilidade do restaurante do Hotel com óptima qualidade a preços justos.

Quartos envelhecidos em madeira, que com humidade fica desconfortável. Fomos avisados com antecedência que spa estaria fechado e como tal nos ofereceriam uma série comodidades/descontos que de imediato dissemos aceitar (adorei proactividade), mas depois ao chegarmos nunca foi tema pro activamente, tivemos que andar a pedir tudo quando percebíamos não estar contemplado… descontos, marcações de actividades, etc..

O pequeno almoço também estava muito bom mesmo
Externas e sem qualquer culpa do hotel, o clima não estava o mais agradável
