Peaceful location, Incredible views, amazing staff

The views were stunning!
We loved the spa. The jacuzzi , Turkish bath and sauna was a nice set up with a lovely view of the lake.

La gentillesse du personnel est imbattable. Au petit déjeuner et à la sortie. Petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre bien loin des avis dithyrambiques. A A gauche, la vue est peut-être formidable mais à droite, la chambre 103 est en dessous de nos attentes. Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur. Cher et peu varié, sans intérêt. Notre chambre 103 était bien abîmée et clairement à améliorer.

Wij hadden de bungalow geboekt en deze is inderdaad mooi en knus. Het geeft een leuk gevoel om helemaal alleen in de natuur te zitten, ondanks dat het hotel zo dichtbij is. Ontbijt is echt goed. Ook het avondeten was prima. Een ideale plek om helemaal tot rust te komen!

O Sr João do restaurante foi sem dúvida o highlight da nossa estadia. A sua ética de trabalho e simpatia sem parecer minimamente forçado fez toda a diferença.

Cons:

A limpeza precisa de ser mais rigorosa, principalmente nas varandas e vidros. É também necessária uma explicação prévia do sistema de luzes/tomadas, visto ser diferente do normal. E relativamente à Suite, é necessária maior atenção a não deixar a hidromassagem desligada, o cliente não deveria ter de mexer no quadro elétrico para ter funcionais as features do quarto.

Pequeno Almoço Buffet com muito simpatia e relativa variedade. A Piscina é agradável. O SPA tem que se pagar à parte e o Jantar foi interessante. O melhor de tudo a tranquilidade e o Serviço de Limpeza.
