Bien situé. C’était très propre et il y a de l’eau chaude ! (Ce qui n’est pas donné pour tous les logements)
Nous avons lu des mauvais commentaires concernant le bruit mais honnêtement hormis un coq qui a chanté 20 minutes le matin c’était très calme. De notre expérience, je recommande à 100%

Ont à payer pour un dej compris à l’arrivée ont nous dit qu’il n’y a pas de petit dej ensuite ont nous dit si vous voulez annuler ont vous rembourse…. Déjà qu’on avait fait un long trajet pour arriver a gili ont ne pouvait pas se faire rembourser car nous étions fatigués

The staff were awesome and made up for the negatives at the resort. They always had a smile and were so polite. The location is great as near Turtle Beach and La Moomba cafe and bar with offers fabulous sea views and we'll priced food.
The resort is very neglected and the manager needs a good kick up the bum for the sloppy running and a lack of maintained. The pool was cleaned on the top everyday but looked milky from lack of chlorine. They say they have internet and they don't. They say they have a restaurant and they don't. There were issues with hot water and some rooms had no water at times. There were bags of rubbish that sat in the garden for the week I was there. The air conditioning in my room barely worked and the daily temperature was 35 degrees. Whatever you pay for your room in the rest of Bali you have to pay double on Gili Trawangan to get something similar. Talent Resort manager......you need to pull your finger out and start managing this resort. It has potential
The location in relation to the beach but it's a tiny island.
No glass in windows. The room was dirty . Noise coming in all night. No hot water for the shower. Room and hotel looked nothing like in the pictures. There is no restaurant. The pool was dirty and the hotel was in a real state of disrepair. Staff were really unhelpful so we cut our stay short.

An okay place to stay, aircon works and fairly comfy. It’s definitely passable but a few areas below where it could improve.
The pool could have done with a clean and there was no hot water as well as wifi in one of the rooms. Location is also a bit far out and no option to rent bikes.
Friendly laid back staff, but very attentive making sure you were always okay for drinks or provisions. Good location with easy access to all sides of the island depending on the vibe you wanted on that day. We ended up staying an additional 5 nights as we enjoyed the island that much. Great value for money. Would return and recommend to anyone.

Slightly disorganized (staff tried to charge us for drinks or laundry service that wasn’t ours), sand path to reach resort, only a thin sheet for the blanket.
