Cleaning was good.

Cons:

Very small room , AC was not working properly WiFi network was very poor, provided only one towel and soap was not provided. Even AC fan together working though it was feeling hot.

Worst extremely bad
Pros:

Worst stay ever. We booked a non ac room 2 days prior and everything was set. On the day just before check in the the staff called us and said non ac rooms are under maintenance and only ac rooms available, that itself is number 1 fraud. We booked it 2 days before and why cudnt they do maintenance before us coming for stay. We had no other option so paid 1500 for ac room and the bed and pillow were completely rotted with BED BUGS. The service is very bad we literally slept on the floor after paying 1500. They dint even do any other arrangement for us, staffs were least bothered.

The room is full of Bed Bugs. They do not do proper service or cleaning. Paying 1500 we slept on the floor with no other sheet or cover or anything

Cons:

I booked an AC Deluxe room to get some rest after working all day. The room was full of hair and hadn't been cleaned; although the staff cleaned it after I complained to the reception, I faced a terrible bedbug infestation at night. I was shocked to find the bedding swarming with bedbugs. When I went to the reception, I was told there were no other rooms available. It was a very poor-quality room—a hotel that offers absolutely no value for the money charged.The room is full of large cockroaches.
