רכשנו באתר יומיים נופש במלון כולל ארוחת בוקר,
שעה לפני הגעה בשיחה טלפונית נמסר מקבלת המלון אין ארוחות בוקר.הסבר אין לנו כרגע קבוצות ואנחנו לא פותחים חדר אוכל ארוחות בוקר.מה עם אורחים במלון ללא קבוצות הם צריכים לרכוש אוויר?
לא תקין,בושה
אפילו לא מתנצלים ואין גם לקיחת אחריות

Pros:

For the money this was worth it. Big rooms with great views. The grounds of the hotel are great, right on the Kinneret, access to swimming in the lake and a pool also overlooking the lake.

Cons:

Wish they had a kosher certificate in the dining room so I could eat their food / breakfast.

שהייה סבירה שנתנה מענה לתכנון החופשה (חגגנו יום הולדת )

אהבנו את השקט, המרחב החניה והחיבור לים.

Cons:

היה חסר לנו בידור בערב , היה מונדיאל והיה מקום שהטלוויזיה תפעל או שידאגו שיהו סוללות בשלטים. בנוסף לטלוויזה שהייתה בלובי, מה גם ששהו תיירים מארה"ב במלום ונבחרת ארה"ב שיחקה באותו בערב.
למרות שהמקום לא כשר, יש לדעתי לאפשר שהיהה עד מוצ"ש כפי שמקובל ברוב המלונות בארץ בכלל ובטבריה בפרט.
הייתי משפר גם את הניקיון החיצוני באיזורי החנייה.

נקי מאוד, מתוקתק ברמה גבוהה.
האוכל היה מגוון,עשיר, נקי, טעים!
בריכה כייפית, הילדים נהנו מאוד.
מלון שקט, נקי ורגוע. תודה רבה על השירות! נהננו מאוד ובטוח נחזור.

Cons:

החדר שקיבלנו נמצא בקצה מסדרון ארוך במיוחד, שזה לא נורא רק שהיה חם מאוד לאורך כל המסדרון וכשסוחבים מזוודה ותיקים זה מאתגר.
