Pros:

Ms. Nova, the caretaker, was very polite and helpful. The location is excellent and easily accessible, being close to the mall. I was also able to conveniently book a Grab ride from Manila to Cheers Residence. When I asked for an early check-in, the host granted my request at no extra charge, which I greatly appreciate.

Cons:

The pillows were not very comfortable, and although extra towels were provided, they appeared newly purchased and unwashed. A dish rack would also be a useful addition, especially for guests using the provided kitchen utensils.

Great location with a friendly property caretaker.
Pros:

Ate Nova was really nice and friendly.

Location was great!

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable.
There was no proper curtain: I felt exposed in the evening with lights on as I feel people can see through.
Parking for guests (motorbike) was inflexible. It was a struggle for me and my cousin - my main mode of transport.

Pros:

The location is 30mins away from Philippines Arena and right next to SM City Marilao
Their staff is nice

Cons:

Not enough facilities in the residences, there is no soap, no shampoo, no body wash, no hair dryer
The curtain is not light proof so it is completely not good for sleeping…
Check in guideline was not that clear, I check in at very late night so it’s a bit chaotic

Pros:

Great location, few steps to SM Marilao.

Cons:

I would like to suggest that those curtains should be darker especially in the morning. It gets too bright and not able to sleep more. Parking spot reservation should be closer to the unit. Over all they are quick to respond.

Pros:

Very convenient if you are planning to attend a concert in the Philippine Arena.BONUSSS - Sm Marilao is just across the building... very convenient for personal needs.

Room is cozy, clean and SAFE!
