Pros:

Everything was perfect, very friendly, a real boutique hotel in quiet and safe location.

Cons:

If only they find a solution for the elevator, it is working but very small (max 2 adults) and also need to use the stairs to get to the room even if you use the elevator. However, Hotel staff were very helpful to bring everything up even shopping bags up to the room.

Elegance and efficiency in a perfect location.
Pros:

I was initially given a ridiculously tiny room (room 27 I think). The size of that room was preposterous, the room was suffocating with no window to see outside. I felt claustrophobic and the cost was way too much for that room. On the second day, I asked to change rooms and was given room 1 and that was much better even though I had to pay more.
The location was great. the place lovely. the staff efficient.

Cons:

Having to pay more for a room and being given that ridiculously tiny room. Breakfast was costly and really average. Your pastries were not good. I had 2 guests + myself . It was a very expensive breakfast.
