There was nothing to like it wasnt clean it smelt of drains ,cigaretts ,bad odour

Air conditioning NOT working, reported to reception not able to get working, only provided a fan after specifically asking for one. Room not clean hairs on floors, food left in fridge, shower head both poor condition and black clearly inside.
The staff was friendly and clean bedding
The noise there was so much banging around I didn't sleep a wink and the toilet door kept jamming and the front door didn't lock .and there was no TV
I didn't stay for breakfast in the end. However, I did go to the Indian Restaurant which served me a very nice meal, with attentive staff.

Staff were lovely and friendly
Doors were a bit of an issue with the keys, but was sorted quickly, the ac fan in one of the rooms didn't work so they put in a fan, but it didn't really help in a heatwave, but others are being sorted soon, not their fault, fridges in the rooms are excellent, showers were good although water does go round the side, so to be careful, towels could be a bit larger, other than that all good, breakfast was lovely 😍

The beds were comfy and it was clean. Plenty of tea/coffee in the room. Staff were lovely.
There were no volume and channel buttons on the remote control. No charging ports. No bedside lights which meant either having the main light on or sitting in the dark. No real orange juice with the breakfast, just some 'squash' type thing. No choices given for the breakfast - you got what you were given.
Reasonable price. Good location. Nice shower.
TV remote broken. Breakfast available in very limited period of time. Lighting in room very stark - no bedside lights. Bed mattress had a spring sticking up.
