Good welcoming staff and comfortable accommodation
Pros:

The room was well presented and comfortable

Cons:

The room light switch was not accessible on entering the room. The air conditioning unit was malfunctioning
Breakfast was served too early. We had 6 hours drive ahead of us and the Breakfast time schedule was unacceptable

Do not book here extreme disappointment. Poor service, poor quality, health and safety risk
Pros:

Nothing very disappointing, delivery not as Brochure

Cons:

First - Front of House staff was drunk, I believe his name was John.. He was in charge of taking us to the room.
Second - The balcony's wooden flooring was damaged, its a hazard, therefore health and safety legislation is compromised.
Third- The towels you provided were unclean, stained and had strong odour, had no choice but to go to Tesco to purchase new set.
Bedroom was stuffy, slight odour had to open window to reduce the smell.
BREAKFAST : The service window is very limiting from 8-8.45 is not enough time to consume breakfast, this should be extended to acceptable hours of upto 10.00am as one must not be obligated to wake up early, the reason for staying at hotel was to relax. The food was not of good standard, quality very poor.
The ambience is not inviting.
WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND. .

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was very hot, no notes on how to work the air conditioning unit. Opening the window overnight was not an option as the room was on the ground floor. Cereal choice was limited. Full English was mediocre. I was told breakfast finished at 8.30, I arrived at 8.05, service was ok. I was still eating at 8.30 when I was reminded that breakfast finished at 8.30. I felt I was being asked to leave even though I had not finished eating. I was not asking for any more service just finishing eating. NOT IMPRESSED!

Continuos improvement and good front desk customer relations
Pros:

Location and the helpful position of the supervisor , the room was good even though the facility is undergoing renovation. the toilet was fine.

Cons:

The wifi was not effective in the room i had to come outside and this was not good for me as am not a resident of Uk. The neatness can be improved.

Pros:

Was close and convenient. It was quiet

Cons:

Firstly, the air con did not work in the room in 34 degree heat and pregnant was not great. The room absolutely stunk of oil/fat, where all my belongs then smelt for the rest of the day. The beds are not greatly comfortable. The breakfast was not too cracky, and butter was off. Ended up leaving most off it.

Air con not working, room not clean, breakfast is very basic cooked. Parking is free

Cons:

Air conditioning NOT working, reported to reception not able to get working, only provided a fan after specifically asking for one. Room not clean hairs on floors, food left in fridge, shower head both poor condition and black clearly inside.

The noise there was so much banging around I didn't sleep a wink and the toilet door kept jamming and the front door didn't lock .and there was no TV

I didn't stay for breakfast in the end. However, I did go to the Indian Restaurant which served me a very nice meal, with attentive staff.
