Pros:

Very close to the airport and has very responsive, helpful staff. It’s a budget stay and quite okay at that. Great for short transits. Cleanliness and maintainence can be better.

2 netter på Kelvish Hotell.
Pros:

At det var en seng der, og jeg fikk byttet til et rom med aircondition, men der kondensvannet rant inn på rommet.

Cons:

Bildene stemmer dårlig. Hotellet heter også Kelvish Hotel. Linken som viser at hotellet ligger på flyplass område er feil. Frokosten tok jeg ikke kjanksen på å spise.

Fair value for money near the airport.
Pros:

The staff were helpful

Cons:

On arrival I was told that the bank card machine did not work. I didn't have enough local currency and had to pay in sterling. They had been in contact with me about an arrival time but didn't tell me before I arrived that I would have to pay in cash. While this is a common scam, I'm not saying was a scam here but had I been told in advance, I could have brought rupees.

Also the hotel is very noisy so bring earplugs.

A disaster from beginning to end..
Pros:

Nothing. They somehow transferred us to a diffierent hotel in a dreadful location so we never stayed at this hotel or even know whether it exists.

Cons:

We were legged over by the hotel who had somehow given our booking details to a different hotel. They Whats App'd us as Hotel Happy Stay asking us for Check-In time, flight details and offer of free taxi transfer to hotel. Very impressive, we thought. When we arrived, there was no taxi and when we contacted him we found that he was at International rather than Domestic Arrivals. Waited 20 minutes and then went on journey that was much longer than we expected. He mentioned road closures. We eventually arrived at a sort of hostel called Hotel Kelvish on a very noisy side street in a suburb of Delhi quite near the airport. They showed us our booking details and kept saying 'Same, Same'and they were able to quote the hotel telephone number on our booking. I tried to show them on maps that we were not where we thought we ought to be but this just made them bad-tempered. We had to pay in cash as did not accept credit cards. We should have called an Uber to try to find the original one but by then it was late and we were not sure whether the hotel actually existed. They gave us a bigger room (the first one was tiny) but we were still kept awake all night by hooting horns, noisy music celebrations and so on. The bathroom was a wet room with plumbing that belonged back in the 1970s. The only positive was that the room and shower room were clean and the bed was large and comfortable. A copmprehensive disaster from beginning to end and should be removed from your listings. Another European couple who stayed the night in the hotel were also appalled and said that it was nothing like the glowing reviews they had seen -Great Location' etc.
