Un accueil magnifique, sympathique, chaleureux 🥰 de Rachid et ses deux super gazelles Nidal et Sankaina , qui vous accueillent avec beaucoup de respect mais comme à la maison 🏠 on se sent bien en arrivant dans ce très bel hôtel

Le personnel est serviable

Bel établissement, personnel accueillant, mais prestations hôtelière et de restauration pas dutout à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. De plus on nous a imposé une réception avec la musique à fond pendant 2h sous nos fenêtres alors que nous avions choisi un hôtel loin du centre pour pouvoir se reposer. Très regrettable. Nous n y retournerons pas

Wir buchten die Junior-Suite mit Gartenblick.Es war das teuerste Zimmer unserer Marokko-Rundreise als letzter Zwischenstopp vorm Heimflug. Im Vorhinein bat ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer und. mir wurde zugesichert, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen.
Das Zimmer war in der Tat sehr schön. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Im Zimmer stand ein Obstkorb.
Das Zimmer befand sich nicht im Haupthaus sondern im Nebengebäude.
Das Personal war höflich.
Das Frühstück in Ordnung

We used this hotel for a first night stop off, on our way driving north to Fes from Marrakesh having picked up a hire car at the airport. It was conveniently located for this. A spacious comfortable room, with a good breakfast the next morning.

As an added bonus, just around the corner (if you're driving) there is a very large Carrefour store - for us this was ideal for stocking up with provisions at the start of our holiday. Adjacent to the store is a KFC, you might want to enjoy some western fast food before encountering numerous tagines and couscous on your travels! Almost certainly you'll have too much of this before your holiday ends...

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. We were two adults and a baby, passing through for two nights on our way back home. The experience was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to relax without the need to visit a large city like Casablanca.

The hotel has a warm, home-like atmosphere, with a modest five-story structure rather than an overwhelming skyline where guests feel like just a number. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-organized. The restaurant staff were attentive to our requests, and the outdoor play area for children within the hotel was a fantastic addition, keeping our little one happily entertained.

What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service and kindness of Mr. Mohamed and Miss Nina. Their dedication and attention to detail ensured that all our transfers were seamlessly arranged, and they were always available to assist us, making our stay all the more pleasant.

I stayed here on route to Assilah from Agadir so it was a good half way stop. Firstly it’s a modern hotel with off street parking. The room was huge with a nice balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The check in staff were very pleasant and attentive. My suitcases were carried to my room. I ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. The bed was very large and comfortable and fitted with a duvet. Breakfast was very good and although not initially available through the booking process I had been added to the list and the extra cost was added to the room payable at reception on checkout. It’s a bit expensive in comparison to others in Morocco but it suited my needs, was quiet, and was a nice comfortable stay.

The cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff

J’etais parmi les premiers clients de l’hotel, super acceuil, grandes chambre confortables... je ne sais pas si ca restera dans leur standard mais le paniers de fruits dans la chambre faisait plaisir. Très bonne cuisine côté restaurant et petit déjeuné. Facile d’accès mais attention, sur Google maps il est bien indiqué mais sur la carte hotel.com il etait placé au centre de berrchid alors qu'il est au sud. Je n’ai fait qu’une nuit pour le business mais j’aurait bien profité du coin piscine si j’avais plus de temps.
