Un accueil magnifique, sympathique, chaleureux 🥰 de Rachid et ses deux super gazelles Nidal et Sankaina , qui vous accueillent avec beaucoup de respect mais comme à la maison 🏠 on se sent bien en arrivant dans ce très bel hôtel

Cons:

Le restaurant et le bar un peu limité dans le service malgré la gentillesse et les efforts des serveurs mais un manque d’expérience pour être à la hauteur de l’hôtel.

Bel établissement, personnel accueillant, mais prestations hôtelière et de restauration pas dutout à la hauteur d un 4 étoiles. De plus on nous a imposé une réception avec la musique à fond pendant 2h sous nos fenêtres alors que nous avions choisi un hôtel loin du centre pour pouvoir se reposer. Très regrettable. Nous n y retournerons pas

modernes Hotel mit dem Wunsch seine Gäste mit lauter Musik aus dem offenen Restaurant zu erfreuen

Wir buchten die Junior-Suite mit Gartenblick.Es war das teuerste Zimmer unserer Marokko-Rundreise als letzter Zwischenstopp vorm Heimflug. Im Vorhinein bat ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer und. mir wurde zugesichert, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen.
Das Zimmer war in der Tat sehr schön. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Im Zimmer stand ein Obstkorb.
Das Zimmer befand sich nicht im Haupthaus sondern im Nebengebäude.
Das Personal war höflich.
Das Frühstück in Ordnung

Im Nebengebäude befindet sich im Erdgeschoss das Restaurant und darüber 4 Junior-Suiten.
Im Restaurant war Musik, die durch die Decke drang und unser Zimmer beschallte. Als ich mich an der Rezeption beschwerte weil Schlaf nicht möglich war, wurde die Musik meinetwegen nachts abgestellt. Allerdings drangen die Stimmen bis 2.30 a.m. nachts in unser Zimmer. Morgens gegen 6.30 a.m. begann im Restaurant das Frühstück und wieder wurde Musik, diesmal Klaviermusik angeschaltet, so dass unsere Nacht leider nur 4 Stunden lang war. So hatten wir uns die Übernachtung nicht vorgestellt.

Great overnight stay on our way to Fes from Marrakesh
Pros:

We used this hotel for a first night stop off, on our way driving north to Fes from Marrakesh having picked up a hire car at the airport. It was conveniently located for this. A spacious comfortable room, with a good breakfast the next morning.

As an added bonus, just around the corner (if you're driving) there is a very large Carrefour store - for us this was ideal for stocking up with provisions at the start of our holiday. Adjacent to the store is a KFC, you might want to enjoy some western fast food before encountering numerous tagines and couscous on your travels! Almost certainly you'll have too much of this before your holiday ends...
