It would be good to have an oven, but we have everything else that you need. There are dozens of restaurants within a couple of blocks that are very helpful and cook up fresh food for you when you arrive.

Not happy!! I stayed for 5 Nights, the Manager told me they only clean Rooms once a Week. So can you imagine staying 7 Nights sweting, with same Bed Sheets, Shower and Hand Towels and not Bin rubish cleaning?
I asked please to clean on me 4th Day and say Yes. When I came back in the Afternoon he just changed Towels but not the Bed Sheets...he just Sprayed some Parfum on the Bed so it seems to be changed.🤨????
If you need to relax..this not the best Place as it is close to few Night Bars and Music sounds till late Night.
**I've been in cheaper Homestays/Hotels in Sanur wher they clean every Day the Room + new Towels every Day + new Bed Sheets every 3 Days**
Room it's Okey, good Bed, good Toilet, good Aircon, good TV.

All of it !!! No customer service, it is just a plain room in a carpark, no beauty. My friend checked out early due to NO WATER for DAYS. I could go on. As I made the booking for my friend as his first time to Bali and what an awful place. No welcome, no room servicing unless you tell them, bare bones operation cutting costs to a minimum. I was offered a refund of several days on the proviso I didn't write a review. To me this was blackmail . Some Bali accommodation owners are taking advantage of many tourists and only care of the money.

There were endless recurring water problems throughout my stay, but hopefully that has finally been resolved by the time you read this. Also the toilet flushes very weakly and clogged often.

Only a sheet on the bed, no blanket.

1. To start with, utterly misleading description of the property: It is not premier suites or an aparthotel(?) or an apartment, not sure how it is 'sustainable' either. it's a small guest house with an outdoor kitchen. it is not new which is evident in fixtures and fittings especially in the bathroom. On the corner of a busy road, though my room was quiet at night and probably others are too. There is no garden at all. There is parking space for cars/bikes. There is no mini market on the premises either, but there are numerous ones across the street.
2. Horribly temperamental air con. Cold at night, shuts down on its own, very hard to regulate. Despite promises been made by owner no service or checks were done. Asked for a blanket, got a duvet cover instead.
3. I stayed 18 nights. Room was cleaned twice. Many excuses mostly blaming staff were provided by the owner. Not seen anyone cleaning the kitchen. Rubbish was left there for days.
4. Fixing flooding bathroom and clogged sink took a few days and many messages
5. No bedside lamps and no way to switch off the main light by the bed.
6. When i arrived, i could not get hold of anyone for over a hour waiting in the heat. Finally, the owner responded to calls and messages and arrived to let me in.
7. Generally, the owner needs to up his game quite a bit. I stayed in a few different places in Sanur. This one was by far the worst. It got decent bones but there are much better run places comparably priced within a few minutes walk with gardens and pools and, more importantly, much better service

the only thing missing is lamps by the bedsides, the lighting is dime so not good for reading.

The faucet in the bathroom had a very slow draining process and the drinking water had some foul taste; though it was changed upon request.
