Wir hatten das große Glück, in diesem wunderbaren familengeführten Hotel unseren Urlaub zu verbringen – und es war einfach rundum perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und sofort fühlten wir uns willkommen. Die Gastgeberfamilie und das Team sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alle sind super engagiert – man merkt, dass hier mit echter Leidenschaft und Liebe gearbeitet wird.

Besonders toll: Wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung bekommen – allesamt echte Geheimtipps, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht haben.

Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight: abwechslungsreich, frisch, regional und mit viel Liebe zubereitet – genau der richtige Start in den Tag!

Das Hotel ist top gepflegt und blitzsauber. Alles ist mit viel Geschmack und Herz eingerichtet, man spürt in jedem Detail, wie viel Wert hier auf Qualität und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird.

Fazit: Wir kommen definitiv wieder – und können diesen Ort jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine familiäre, herzliche und rundum gelungene Auszeit sucht.

Very good choice

Lovely family oriented accommodation with caring owners.
We had only short stay in Loya Vita, but on our arrival we were late due to delayed plane departure. Nothing was a trouble, they allowed us late check in with refreshments around the pool which was very kind.

Wonderful breakfast, truly attentive hosts, lovely relaxed place to be.

This was a fabulous friendly hotel. Nothing too much trouble. Amazing facilities and a superb breakfast! Lunch is also available, equally as good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect — the staff were welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the delicious breakfast, the relaxing atmosphere, or the excellent service, everything contributed to a truly enjoyable stay.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Anna, Ahmet & their family. They were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The hotel, surrounds, pool area and rooms are immaculate!! The staff team are a credit to Loya Vita as are Anna and Ahmet, nothing was ever any trouble or too much. From the daily breakfast service to the cleaning of our room, everything was first class. On a daily basis we were treated as one of the family. I would not hesitate too recommend Loya Vita to anyone, you will have a fantastic time.
I have visited Turkey many times before, but this is without doubt the best holiday I have had yet!!!
I cannot wait to go back next year.

Anna and Ahmet host a beautiful hotel. We adored our regrettably short stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Generous warm hospitality from the moment you arrive. Anna recommended activities, cafe and restaurants which were all fantastic. Organised a local barber to collect 2 scruffy heads and deliver the “full” local treatment. The best!

Breakfast was magnificent. Eggs were the best of our trip. Coffee was strong and delicious. A feast!!

It is obvious Anna & Ahmet’s attention to detail and care for customer. We cannot wait to return. All that we discovered in Daylan was the cherry on top! It’s a wonderful place to spend more than a couple of days.

It’s not often I say this about any hotel, but Loya Vita in Dalyan is genuinely exceptional. From the moment we booked, the communication was lightning fast – they even offered to arrange our taxi pickup from the airport, which was a lovely touch.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival by our wonderful hosts, Anna and Ahmet, and found a handwritten welcome card in the room, it really is the small details that make this place so special.

Having stayed at a number of well-known hotels in Dalyan over the years, I can confidently say that this room and hotel has put them all to shame. The bathroom was sleek and modern, and the main room featured a small kitchen area with everything you’d need, kettle, fridge, coffee-making facilities, and more. The bedroom had plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes, and the air conditioning in the June/July heat was an absolute godsend in the evenings.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Loya Vita, The rooms and gardens were kept absolutely spotless and beautiful. And when I say clean, I mean really clean. They don’t just give things a once-over, the effort they put in is clear and deeply appreciated.

Now, on to the real gem that is breakfast. Honestly, I’ve never seen so much food brought to the table on a first morning! As someone who doesn’t usually eat breakfast, it was a bit of a shock, but what a wonderful one. I soon got used to the stunning fruit plates, fresh orange juice, strong coffee, and eggs cooked exactly how you like them. (Special shoutout to the poached eggs on toast was absolute heaven!)

The hotel, the hosts, and the hardworking team truly made our holiday unforgettable. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but rest assured, we will be back.

Friendly, clean, plentiful breakfast, near to town but still very peaceful

Where do I start in trying to sum up everything special about Loya Vita Hotel in Dalyan . First and foremost the family who run this hotel are the best example of hospitality one can imagine , from greeting you on arrival with their children to the sad farewell at the end , they make your holiday the absolute best it can be . Their support staff from breakfast ladies to the gardeners or the taxi man who collects you- all wonderful people.
This alone is why you should stay with Ahmet and Anna . Treat yourself to some of their kindness , care and exemplary service they offer to all their guests . The hotel itself is perfect too , fabulously located on a quiet residential street yet moments away from the river and buzz of Dalyan . Large clean rooms with wonderful bathrooms and then breakfast ! Oh my god 😉 what a feast they offer everyday and the coffee -hot, good and plentiful ! Returning guests year on year , new guests wishing they had found Loya vita sooner … a bar that closes when the last guest calls it a night .. just book it you will not regret it.

We are in Dalyan for the first time, I chose the hotel based on the reviews and I was not wrong. I rarely find a hotel without a single bad review. We already know why. No notes could be found. Everything is perfect, rooms, cleanliness, staff, owners, and I just have no words for the breakfast. They helped us with information, finding the best transport and tours. They are located a step away from the center and the river, and at the same time a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the perfect vacation. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and will definitely be back again. I recommend them without hesitation!

What an amazing place to stay! The couple that run the hotel, Anna and Ahmet, along with the staff that work with them, go out of their way to create a welcoming, friendly, relaxing, comfortable hotel that could easily become a "home from home". I can see why there's so many return guests. There's a really lovely, special atmosphere around the hotel. Amazing breakfasts too!
