Cozy and clean hotel in a convenient spot with helpful staff
Pros:

Big thanks to the receptionist for upgrading my room to one with a balcony, the view was amazing, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The location is great, walking distance to lots of tourist spots, which made getting around easy.

Cons:

Breakfast was very simple. The hall is small, so seating is limited, but it worked fine.

My stay was just ok
Pros:

Was put off my smoking at entrance to the hotel and the smell lingers inside, being a non smoker affected me and my kids
The breakfast was same everyday, no variety,
Towels very old and not white, looks more of brown, bedsheets not changed everyday

Reception staff was rude don’t respect customer
Pros:

Its totally fake room fake hotel ,room is very small ,and fake make picture and they dont give same room ,like cheating with me ,room wall is wooden other room what talking we heared ,

Cons:

Not good staff reciption guy was ver bad rude ,i booking 2 person but when my guest come that reception guy was want 30€ cash than i said i will pay by card than he take 50€ ,cheating with me

Manager was rude didnt give a damn about our problem. They provided us cold room with no heater working, after that they transferred us to 1 floor room which is worse all hotel staff might be living there it was so loud and noisy. We tried to spend the night only since our check in was late and I ended up with no sleep. Room has a smell of cigarettes and dust. Breakfast was terrible, hotel is not 4 stars for sure it was 2 stars. Pictures much more different than in real life. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its kinda ruined my first experience about Istanbul
