From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that for extra beds, guests will be provided with mattresses. Extra bed charges apply.

Comfy, great location.
Pros:

I like the apartment. I chose the most expensive, RM289 for 12 people (4 double beds, 4 single beds). It's comfy and full of necessary stuffs to go around our day. Some more, there are a lot of shops around. Especially food. The location is a big plus for transit travellers as the airport and the bus station is just a few kms away.

Cons:

Two nights at the apartment doesn't allow for cleaning on the 2nd day like changing the bedsheets and no refill of drinking water bottles. The reason is that we are the same residents for 2 nights. I feel like this can be improved.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. The following issues were encountered during my recent stay:

1. The booking.com confirmation indicated a check-in time of 2:00 PM. However, upon arrival, we were required to wait for one hour and thirty minutes, resulting in a check-in time of 3:30 PM.

2. Prior to the scheduled check-out time, we received a call from the front desk at 11:05 AM requesting our departure. The booking.com confirmation indicated a check-out time of 12:00 PM. When we inquired about the discrepancy, the response provided was, "Booking.com's system terms and regulations are not the same as our hotel's." This response was not satisfactory.

For future reference, it is recommended that the customer service team be better informed regarding the booking policies to avoid any confusion. The discrepancies in the stated times resulted in a loss of time and a less-than-satisfactory experience.
