A equipe do Hotel é muito cordial e atenciosa. O café da manhã é excelente.
Atendimento dos funcionários. Esta explícito que eles estão sobrecarregados ( o manobrista é o mesmo que leva room service, que é o mesmo que auxilia no boliche, mesmo que serve pratos no café da manhã, muitas vezes, etc)... e mesmo assim, são educados. Cama confortável e bons cobertores.
Isolamento acústico dos quartos, banheira com registro quebrado, que impediu o uso, chuveiro muito difícil de ajustar a temperatura adequada, falta um espelho grande no quarto pois só tem um pequeno no banheiro e a torneira do banheiro só tem água gelada e no frio é ruim.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog on the trip with us and they were very accommodating. Their food is outstanding. Besides breakfast, we had dinner at the hotel one night and they served the best salmon I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back next time we go to Campos do Jordao.
É um hotel novo, ainda em construção, bonito, café da manhã muito bom, delicioso.
Atendentes muito atenciosos.
Fica a desejar quanto à manutenção e limpeza. A banheira nunca estava limpa. Não usamos.
Falta também suportes para malas. O hotel não disponibiliza sequer banquinhos para coloca-las.
Mas tem tudo para melhorar.
Location has a great view, near the outskirts of the town. Very quiet and reserved. Breakfast is a must and the staff team was very attentive and courteous.

A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é novo e a mobília é excelente. Oferece um bom restaurante e um excelente café da manhã. Única coisa que sentimos falta, mas que não nos atrapalhou em nada, foi a falta de elevador. Um dos pontos altos da acomodação, fica no boliche e na excelente piscina coberta.
The reception's staff was extraordinary. I traveled from Rio de Janeiro by car for more than 7 hour, after a strong traffic congestion. Staff was extraordinary. After the first breakfast I made one comment about how much I love smoked salmon on breakfast, and for the second breakfast they has smoked salmon for me.
Climatization at our room was a little akward. For instance, room and beds became too heated for me. There were no air conditioning, so I just opened the window (It was 11 celsius ouside).
