Location! Location! Location.
Pros:

The location - beautiful at the top of the high land. The scenery was fantastic. I can stay by the window admiring the night view to the city. Walked around the carpark area for fresh air at night. Superb.

Cons:

The mattresses were old and soggy. Please replace that. The room was spacious. We changed to another hotel simply because the mattress was not comfortable.

VERY CONVINIENT FOR THE AIRPORT
Pros:

The Hotel is sufficiently clean. It is basic. Highly recommended for the Airport trip.

Most of the time I travelled in Penang, I stayed in City hotels. But for the last day, I needed to change to a hotel closer to the airport. This is an excellent place for an early morning flight,

There are no hotels / food-places nearby. The Hotel's restaurant has a big menu, but the prices are high. But what do you do when you want to go to the airport? But a packed meal from town, or a couple of sandwiches and enjoy your meal.

Few staff members man the place. Not too much of customer service.

Overall, clean and nice.

Will I stay again? For the airport - yes !!! For any other reason - NOTHING WORTH STAYING FOR, AND NOTHING TO DO AROUND.

Why doesn't the hotel offer an airport pickup and drop-off? It will be an added bonus for passengers. Even if they charge a nominal fee, it's still a bonus for travellers.

I paid the minimum for Grab, so this added service isn't too hard for them.

At 6.00 a.m., Grab was RM 10 only.

A nice hotel.
Pros:

It was quiet, the staff at the reception was very kind and helpful!!!

Gute Möglichkeit für Zwischenstopp bei Transfer
Pros:

Wir fanden das Raia Inn sehr vorteilhaft besonders wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen und der Poollandschaft. Als Überbrückungsangebot für einen Transfer mit der Familie sehr toll. Grosses Frühstück inklusive. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende.

Cons:

Pool Öffnungszeiten wäre super wenn Mittags durchgehend geöffnet (ist geschlossen von 12.00 bis 14.30)
