Cons:

Check-out for one of our rooms was not ready by 3 pm - still being cleaned, so we were not able to check-in to that room in time prior to our wedding event.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and the staff were helpful and pleasant.
Pros:

The shower in the room was not at the appropriate height and I had difficulty adjusting it to right angle and height.
The breakfast offered a wide variety. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staff clearing the tables and attending to queries. Overall, the location was excellent as One Utama mall was attached to the hotel.

Cons:

The shower as mentioned above and the lack of lower towel racks in the bathroom.

Pros:

Good location, just next to the 1Utama Mall.

Cons:

Shower gel and shampoo were given in small tubes, which are barely enough for 01 shower. I had to request for more tubes cos I shower at least twice daily.

Great hotel even after all these years
Pros:

Friendly and attentive staff, great location, great in-room amenities and the air-con works well. Uncommon stuff like the bathtub (immediately bought bubble bath bomb from Lush in the adjacent mall to use!) and iron&board (needed to iron my dress for wedding dinner).

Cons:

I like soft mattress so I found the mattress too hard for my liking. But I understand this is very subjective.
