Only thing bit far from KL city, about 30min drive
Just about everything. Good location (for our purposes) , MRT station located underneath, clean, comfortable, helpful staff, nice pool and gym, great breakfast selection, next door to a mall with cafes and eateries.

Service is good.
Food dining is good
They down grade me cos higher floor has Reno and is hurting me as noise too loud. But despite downgrade me they never thought of compensating me anything since I pay more for higher floor.
Renovate the rooms and hotel. Too old! The daily room rate is the same as Grand Hyatt KL. Its really crazy!

Great location and hotel facilities are all good
Front desk staff
The location is right next to a big mall which is a plus point. Room is also clean and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.
The hotel is doing a refurbishment and therefore there was a bit of noise but is tolerable. We also get our room a little later than the norm 3pm. However, that is also a small matter to us.
