My family and i always leaves with great memories.
Pros:

Hotel is situated in a great location. Shopping centre, plenty of food outlets, stores, and facities for the young and old. Convenience is the key for guests like me and family.

Stay riddled with issues

Checked in to a clearly very dated room that hadn’t been aired in a long time. They brought an air purifier to help with the smell and freshener but that was momentarily. Air cond issues in my room the first night where I woke up and it was so hot - technician had to come at 4am to sort this out as the temperature would not go below 20c.

This was solved and then it acted up again in night two. They couldn’t solve the air cond issues and gave me a new room. I had to call them to ensure that the thermostat was updated as it was still showing 20c as the absolute minimum when I came in.

All in all, I don’t understand why these things aren’t checked and cleared before a guest checks in. I really didn’t have good sleep throughout my entire time there and I had a packed morning schedule.

Unless they properly refurbish and get better at ensuring rooms are properly checked before a guests arrives, this will be my last time here.
