Really great location and beautiful hotel that feels like from the colonial age. Average breakfast.

I did not like the AC unit under our balcony that was making noise the whole night. Also, the light decorations outside could be dimmed during the night.

Tolle Lage oberhalb eines Parks mit schönem Garten. Circa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt hinunter.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es relativ kühl. Die Klimaanlage zum Heizen war angeblich Effekt und hätte jeden Tag repariert werden sollen. Man hat uns einen Heizofen zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich hatte eher den Eindruck, das Ganze ist eine Ausrede und man spart sich den Betrieb der Klimaanlage und vertröstet uns mit dem Heizofen. Zumindest der Speisesaal und der Aufenthaltsort der Mitarbeiter war geheizt!

Цей готель — справжня знахідка для тих, хто шукає спокій і красу. Найбільше враження залишив неймовірний сад — наче з казки. Зелені алеї, квіти різних кольорів, затишні куточки для відпочинку — кожен крок дарує відчуття гармонії та умиротворення.
Вранці тут особливо чарівно: спів птахів, свіже повітря і м’яке сонячне світло створюють ідеальну атмосферу для початку дня. Ввечері ж сад перетворюється на романтичне місце, де хочеться просто сидіти й насолоджуватися тишею.
Сам готель дуже комфортний, персонал привітний і уважний до деталей. Відчувається, що тут дійсно піклуються про гостей: і на рецепції, і в барі. Дякую Марі за смачний коктейль.

Номери великі, комфортні ліжка, класний балкон, з якого видно океан. Дуже смачний та різноманітний сніданок. Є спортзал, басейн, кафе. Були з групою дівчат, то нам сподобалось. Від готелю одна хвилина до Tropical garden Funchal.

Обов’язково повернуся ще раз — це місце, куди хочеться повертатися.

Superbe.
Pros:

Très bon accueil par un personnel très prévenant. Petit drink de bienvenue. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix salé et sucré. Très belle décoration dans tout l'hôtel avec des petits salons très cosy autour du bar. Magnifique jardin avec une vue extraordinaire sur la ville de Funchal. J'ai pu garé la voiture juste devant l'hôtel et j'ai pu la laisser sans problème après le check out ce qui nous a permis de visiter le très beau jardin tropical situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Nous avons pris le repas du soir qui était bon. J'ai pu aussi profiter de la piscine, agréable après une journée de rando. J'y retournerais volontiers.

Cons:

L'accès en voiture dans les ruelles escarpées de Monte est un peu difficile mais c'est comme ça partout à Madère.

Pros:

Hotel d'une quarantaine de chambres sur les hauteurs de funchal.Vue extraordinaire, parking, super petit déjeuner, personnel très gentil.
Le.jardin tropical est juste en dessous.
Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine couverte .

Cons:

Chambre 405 , bruit de l'ascenseur proche assez présent.
Sinon tout était parfait.

Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Park Monte Palace und zu Fuß nur 5 min entfernt. Ein Besuch ist lohnenswert.
Das Bad war geräumig. Es gab eine Bar für gemütliches abendliches Zusamnenkommen.
Schöne Blumendekoraktionen. Geschmackvolles Hotel. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Site sur booking à réactualiser , le jacuzzi hors service avec un panneau par dessus , la piscine pas chauffer à préciser car trop froide et inutilisable , et surtout balayer devant la porte d acces à cet espace détente , car un tas de feuilles mortes juste devant la porte , qu il a fallu bouger .....
Pour un tel établissement , vraiment pas top ...
