Adoramos a estadia e voltávamos certamente.
Pros:

Decoração do quarto e do hotel em geral para são valentim.
Kioske café dentro do hotel.
Pratos de jantar e sobremesa bem apresentados e deliciosos.
Simpátia dos funcionários.

A água da piscina estáva super fresca.

O hotel está decorado à moda antiga ,adoramos isso.
O local é calmo e silencioso, ótimo para quem quer fugir ao barulho do dia a dia .

Geweldig
Pros:

Geweldig verblijf, super mooi uitzicht en omgeving, top restaurant en botanische tuinen op loopafstand, mega goed ontbijt, leuk zwembad erbij, allemaal niks op aan te merken.

Cons:

Enige wat ik kan zeggen is iets verder van de stad, wat moeilijke weggetjes naar boven om het te bereiken, maar je zou met de gondel of auto naar beneden kunnen gaan. Voor ons was het het wel waard. Het is prachtige plek

Veel plussen en minnen!
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch (in het oude bergstadje) en het terrein met de tuin super mooi.

De kamers zijn ruim en hebben een mooi uitzicht.

De dame van de schoonmaak was de aardigste van het hele personeel.

Het ontbijt een 7 kwaliteit, was uitgebreid en ze wisselden een klein beetje af, maar meestal hetzelfde. Koffie was niet goed:)

Blij met zwembad en fitness. Beide goed gebruikt!

Cons:

Heel is heel erg gehorig, je kunt de buren aan alle kanten heel goed horen, van wc-bezoek, douchen tot gesprekken en schuiven van meubels.

De deuren van de kamer zijn onmogelijk zachtjes te sluiten, dus klappen altijd hard dicht. Erg vervelend 's avonds laat of 's morgens vroeg.

Het personeel was erg wisselend, maar de meesten niet heel vriendelijk. Sommigen wel netjes maar beleefd i.p.v. oprecht. Geen energie steken in het mooier maken van je vakantie.

De keuken was niet goed en nog duur ook, dus diner zouden we aanraden elders te zoeken. Het hotel restaurant ook erg sfeerloos. Maar goede restaurants in de buurt van het hotel!

Pros:

Отель находитсч пошти среди ботанического сада. Воздух обалденный. Однообразные завтраки,но голодным не останешься-есть выпечка(иногда подогретая),соки,колбасы,фрукты. За 6дней прибывания один раз лосось была на завтрак. Смарт тв в номере,кровати удобные,белье чистое,балкон с видом на сад. Бильярд. В бассейн и тренажерку не ходили. Бесплатный паркинг для посетителей,что немаловажно-на мадейре без машины делать нечего.

Cons:

Глстинница в живописном мнсте,но до него добираться по смертельным подъемам и спускам. Шумоизоляция так себе-по утрам уборщицы оч шумят. Не было освещения в потолке-только бра и лампы. В 308 номере в ванной как будто волосы кто-то крамил и не убрал за собой-везде непончтные пятна.Заметил много трещин на здании,но нам это не мешало.

Enjoyable stay in a nice hotel but not in the room we had booked
Pros:

The hotel situation and size was just what I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful except as outlined below.

Cons:

I booked a superior room. The room we were given and told was a superior room was the same as the one pictured for a standard room. The picture on their web site for a superior room was a larger room including a settee and arm chairs. We had one arm chair and a desk chair. We were totally mislead by the hotel website. Excuse was their photographer got it wrong!

Great atmosphere
Pros:

The hotel has a unique atmosphere and a great garden. We had a sapcious room, bigger than most in this price range. Staff was nice, breakfast is delicious.

It is on the top of the hill so you might need a car. The famous mountain sledge starts jus below the entrance.

Дуже гарне місце поруч з парком і власним садом

Cons:

Однозначно не рекомендую їх ресторан, якість зовсім не відповідає ціні. Меню першого січня було набагато цікавіше, ніж новорічне, ще й кожну страву з чотирьох довелося чекати більше 20 хвилин

Nähe zum Botanischen Garten, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz direkt am Hotelgelände

Cons:

Fehlende Möglichkeit Zimmer zu heizen (Klimaanlage schien im Heizmodus nicht zu funktionieren), mehr Fächer im Schrank wären toll
