Храната не беше вкусна.

За съжаление престоят ни не оправда очакванията. Резервацията беше направена с включено дете, но при настаняването не беше осигурено допълнително легло или подходящо място за спане. Вместо решение получихме само чаршафи, което е неприемливо за семейство с дете.

Допълнително останахме разочаровани от отношението на персонала в ресторанта. Обслужването беше нелюбезно и създаде усещане, че гостите са по-скоро нежелани, отколкото добре дошли.

Смятам, че хотел от този клас трябва да предлага по-добра организация и по-професионално отношение към своите гости. Не бихме посетили отново и не бихме го препоръчали на семейства с деца.“

Стаите, които получихме не бяха описани реално, имаше стъпала и ниски скосени тавани. Закуската на блок маса, която видяхме на снимките в приложението категорично не отговаря на това, което получихме, ако нямахме предварителни очаквания нямаше да се разочароваме

I wish their staff be more friendly and wait times shorter.
Pros:

Arbanasi is close to Veliko Tarnovo.

Cons:

The day we arrived the hotel was crowded. It took effort and time to order and the wait tine was long too in the restaurant of the hotel.

Personal does not speak English and not well trained either. Instead of trying to help for your demand if they do nit know English they turn their back and walk away. Happened two times.
