Pros:

Location was their selling point. Reception staff was helpful n friendly.

Cons:

Only 2 guest lifts sharing with other motel. Wasted time waiting at ground level to go 5th fl reception then take another lift to the room, luckily this was in a private area. The room furniture was old, dark brown wood. Aircon leaked in living room but was taken care of after calling as room serviced only every 2 days. No safebox for valuables and room lighting could be improved. Sharing a common bathroom situated between 2 bedrooms is really inconvenient.

It's in the city center, everything is within reach.

Location was great however the room needed improvement
Pros:

The location is convenient and easily accessible to the shopping area. The room was spacious.

Cons:

1) The toilet needs to be shared, no privacy
2) No TV in each room
3) TV at living room was small
4) Laundry was out of order
5) Need to go through 2 lifs
6) inside the lif was really hot, no blower fans.
7) No face towel and Hair towel
