Pros:

Super friendly staff with a classic hotel style ... you give up your key when you leave and are buzzed back in by the reception. The breakfast pastries were delicious and fresh, and the location was near shopping, the casino, beach, etc. Nice small hotel vibe. Funky artwork on the walls. Affordable.

Cons:

There was no AC in the rooms and the beds, sheets, towels, fixtures -- pretty much everything -- seemed all at least 30 years old; bidet didn't really work and the bed really sagged. But it was clean, and as long as you're not hanging out in the room all day it is definitely safe, affordable and adequate shelter for a short stay, nicely located. And as mentioned above, the friendliness of the staff was really exceptional.
