Very poor
Pros:

Good location, cheap and staff were friendly. The room was spacious

Cons:

The bathroom was full of mould, we had ants in the bathroom and in the bed. One of the beds broke when my boyfriend lay down in it.

A cheap hotel for Sai Gon
Pros:

Situated in District 11 and therefore it was convenient

Cons:

Room on top floor. No lift
