Много приятен хотел

Cons:

Нормално е в Априлци да няма климатик, но тогава е доста важно да се оправи мрежата за комари.В 204 стая висеше нещо като мрежа, но определено има нужда от фиксиране
Сигурно рядко става горещо в Априлци, но като няма климатик, да не посмееш да отвориш прозореца...не е приятно

Персонала бяха учтиви. Изглеждаше чисто, като изключим мухъла в душ кабината.

Cons:

Ужасно меки матрак и възглавници. На сутринта се събудих със схванат врат и болки в гърба. Закуската не е нищо особено, като в нея е включено воднисто кафе от кана (тип американско). Отделно си поръчах капучино, което се оказа на цена 5 евро (толкова струва по летищата).

Cons:

изключително висока цена на храната в ресторанта. Бавно обслужване поради недостатъчно персонал. Студени помещения, незадоволително парно. Несъответствие между цена на стая и качество. Няма прясно приготвена храна а само се затопля обяда и на вечеря. Само управителката се стараеше.
