Cons:

изключително висока цена на храната в ресторанта. Бавно обслужване поради недостатъчно персонал. Студени помещения, незадоволително парно. Несъответствие между цена на стая и качество. Няма прясно приготвена храна а само се затопля обяда и на вечеря. Само управителката се стараеше.

Уютно и спокойно място в сърцето на планината!
Pros:

Местоположението е много добро! От хотела се вижда планината, а самият той се намира в центъра на квартала, където има градина, парк, ресторанти и хранителни магазини. Стаите са чисти и уютни, както и самият хотел. Персоналът е отзивчив и добронамерен! Закуската е добра, има богат избор!

Cons:

Би било добре да се поставят мини хладилници в стаите и да се ремонтират комарниците!

Почти нищо

Cons:

Много лоша организация, липса на персонал, една жена работи на рецепция, в кухнята, сервира в ресторанта и чисти стаите. Басейнът беше с ледено-студена вода, около басейна дървен, разкривен под с много неравности и опасности за децата. Храната в ресторанта беше много лоша, безвкусна и несъпоставимо скъпа, в сравнение с други места в района, които посетихме. Липсват климатици по стаите, адска жега беше, няма тераси на повечето стаи, няма и хладилник в стаята. Кошмарно преживяване, което никога няма да повторим.

Cons:

Нямаше климатик в стаите, паяжини по ъглите по тавана. Като цяло си личи, че хотелът е неподържан последните години.
