Pros:

Très bon accueil et très beau jardin dans l'établissement .Les chambres sont confortables,propres et grande salle de bain Le restaurant est excellent

Cons:

Cela n'engage que nous mais l' ambiance est peut être trop " club" pour nous avec aussi un vis à vis assez présent puisque les bâtiments sont disposés en face les uns des autres . Comme souvent les prix du bar et restaurant sont plus élevés mais y a le choix d'aller sur des restos de plage juste à côté

Mediocre at times upsetting, opposite of relaxing

Large but very commercial hotel, located in the beach

Cons:

Got a room with very strong mouldy smell, it wouldn’t go away even after airing the room almost all day and night. I didn’t sleep much. When asked if we could change same day I was met with attitude but especially from Kris the next day. This is not a 5* hotel, prices I think, reflect that but there should be a standard. Once we could change it was an ok hotel but this left an impression…

Gran Mercure - liebe auf dem ersten Blick
Pros:

Angefangen von der herzlichen Empfang bis zu den sauberen Zimmern . Gran Mercure liegt am bangsak beach und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Wir haben ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Aber das Hotel liegt zentral und ist umgeben von Restaurant. Das Zimmer war richtig schön. Kinder waren im Kinderclub und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Das wir nur so kurz hier waren. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben

Et hotell som overgår alle forventninger vi anbefaler det på det varmeste!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak! Hotellet er vakkert, rolig og svært godt vedlikeholdt. Rommene var flotte, maten var deilig, og hele resorten hadde en avslappende og hyggelig atmosfære.

Det som virkelig gjorde oppholdet vårt helt spesielt, var de fantastiske ansatte. En ekstra stor takk til Pam, Nair og Nat dere er virkelig stjerner! ⭐ Dere møtte oss alltid med et smil, var utrolig hjelpsomme og fikk oss til å føle oss velkommen hver eneste dag.

En stor takk også til daglig leder, som er helt fantastisk. Han er utrolig imøtekommende, profesjonell og alltid klar til å hjelpe. Det er tydelig at han bryr seg både om gjestene og de ansatte, og det merkes på den høye kvaliteten på servicen gjennom hele hotellet.

Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold. Vi anbefaler Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak på det varmeste, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake! ❤️

Совершенно точно высокий рейтинг заслуженный.

Приезжала второй раз. Отель новый, место от центра удаленное, на такси до центра 20 мин. Но это то, что было нужно. Тишина, эстетика, кайф. Очень крутой дизайн комнат, высокие потолки, большие номера. Все так же прекрасны завтраки. В номерах вода всегда есть. Отличный wifi. Удобная кровать и подушки. Рядом множество кафешек, массажи и все, что хочется. Можно по берегу пойти налево и выйдешь на променад. Песчаный вход в море. Несмотря на июль и несезон (волны), мы все-равно пару раз купались. Если приедете в несезон-на такси 17 минут до Coconut beach, волн нет даже летом, кайф. Лежаки, кафешка. В сезон волн нет вообще, все супер. Цена-качество идеально.

Cons:

Бронировали сильно заранее и просили дать 2 комнаты рядом. При заезде нам предложили доплатить…. Пришлось немного разъяснить, что просьба была за месяц и половина отеля пустая, явно найдутся пару номеров в одном корпусе. Естественно, после тщательной проверки «только для нас сделали исключение» и нашли. Как и ожидалось, из 6 номеров в корпусе заняты были только 3. 2 из них - мы. К девочкам на ресепшн никаких вопросов, понимаю, что это стандартный скрипт для апсейла, но надо как-то про уместность и клиентоориентированность думать, у вас низкий сезон, предварительная бронь и повторный клиент. Ну какая доплата?!

Great hotel, excellent staff
Pros:

This is a fabulous property with lovely rooms, good breakfast and nice pool. But what really makes it special are the staff; every person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful; it really made a big difference; thank you.

Pros:

The swim out pool was great and so was the staff. The food package was good but everything we lived was an upcharge. We appreciated Punky in reception. She was very helpful.

Cons:

The ocean was never swimmable. The Coral Reef experience that came as part of our package was poorly managed, no communication and I hate the floating Lego dock was a dangerous joke.
