Pros:

Very nice hotel , located in old town with walking distance to majority of attractions. Staff super nice and very helpful. They have surprised me with a cake on my birthday witch was a very personal touch and truly appreciated (again kudos to chef :). GM gave me few travel tips and general chit chat with staff who are polite and helpful. Room was nice and clean and breakfast ok with standard buffet choices.

We had a great stay during NY holidays.
Pros:

Location is the best. Not too crowed, we can walk around to attractions and cafe in the old city. The room was not spacious but still comfy. Staffs were helpful.

Cons:

Shower door couldnt keep the water from spilling out. We love the overall vibe except the lights at the fish pond that keeps changing colour hue. Our room was by the pond and sometimes the lights came through. But not to the amount that disturb our sleep so its ok.

location; design; food, room service, comfort. most importantly the entire staff were super friendly and helpful, especially khoun. he offered tips and advice on where to go visit and when. he was even able to help secure train ticket to vientiane when everywhere else is sold out and agents offering empty promises. he came through, albeit the night before i needed to leave

Great hotel in every aspect!
Pros:

Perfect location, brand new property, very helpful staff, very good breakfast. Immaculately clean and beautiful property. The hotel manager is excellent and it shows in every aspect of the operation. Free bike is a nice added advantage.

Absolutely fabulous!
Pros:

Staff and service was excellent - went out of their way to secure rail tickets for us! Property manager really took care of us and provided very personalised service!

Pros:

Great location, a delightful manager who took us on a trip to the Hmong new year celebrations, helpful friendly employees, good food with a fantastic flexible breakfast policy, very clean

Cons:

Facilities were a bit limited; no pool, tiny gym, rooms are small. Can be noisy at times with aircon units, water pumping and other residents in adjoining rooms.
