Gostei de Caldas novas da cidade.

Cons:

Menos da hospedagem, pois além do apartamento ser caro, a energia acaba e você tem que subir pro apartamento pelas escadas. E outra você tem que pagar uma parte a mais pelo clube, e outra você é excluído do clube do hotel, lá nem contato você tem.

A localização é top perto de tudo , o lugar agradável, ótimo custo beneficio

A atendente que nos recepcionou no check-in péssima, não olha nos olhos quando nos faz alguma pergunta , mastigou umas 5 balas só no período em que nos atendeu , de cara ruim , pergunta muito baixo e se a gente não entende parece que fica com raiva de responder muito diferente do que nos atendeu no check out um homem que sabe o que faz um verdadeiro profissional só elogios pra ele .

No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionado ao descobrir que o acesso à piscina não estava incluído na minha reserva, embora isso não estivesse claro no momento da compra. A piscina era uma das principais razões para eu ter escolhido esse hotel, então é importante que essa informação esteja mais visível para os futuros hóspedes.
