Simples, mas funcional; com localização privilegiada
Pros:

A localização é perfeita e fizemos tudo a pé. O estacionamento é bom e o desconto para acesso ao Tropical é uma boa opção. Os funcionários da recepção são atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Como estávamos apenas eu e minha filha, nos atendeu satisfatoriamente, mas acho apertado para mais de 3 pessoas. A tomada onde liga o micro-ondas precisa de um reparo e a cama/colchão de solteiro estava completamente torta.

porém o barulho de som que vinha de fora de som alto atrapalhou muito o descanso não sei se era no apto do lado , ou da rua , não consegui identificar de onde vinha .

O apto precisa de reforma. Porta do banheiro não fecha, a tomada do banheiro dando choque, o interruptor do micro-ondas está caindo.

Sempre haverá pontos a melhorar para um bom atendimento.

Amplos espaços.

Cons:

Coloquei o carro em uma vaga próxima da portaria do prédio, debaixo de uma árvore e tive um dessabor no outro dia com a sujeira em todo o veículo produzida por pássaros. Por isso, sugiro a interdição da vaga.
