I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the service exceeded my expectations.
A special thanks to the front office team for their kindness and professionalism, especially Mr. ASAD and Mr.MAX , for the thoughtful birthday gift and warm hospitality. The gesture truly made my stay extra special and memorable.

The location
I love the hotel and this is the second time we booked. However,this is the second time their sauna and steam bath is not working....

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast provided was high quality and a great start to the day. Overall, I found the stay to be excellent value for money. While the facilities met my expectations, I believe there is an opportunity for the management team to enhance the guest experience by focusing more on hospitality and personalized service
