Great staff, nicely done Chateau without being pretentious
Pros:

Staff were extra helpful trying to facilitate dinner for our friends who had had a 5 hour delay on Eurotunnel, it didn't work out but they tried very hard.
Lovely terrace and ponds/moat with moorhen babies and very noisy frogs 🐸
Plenty of parking.
Cava included for breakfast.

Cons:

Shower door stuck, didnt close properly meaning the water went everywhere in the bathroom.
Room quite small.
Breakfast room congested especially where the coffee and juice was.

Een plek om nog een keer terug te komen.
Pros:

Wat een pracht van een locatie. Supermooi hotel, mooie kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd en we hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de 'games room'met pooltafel.

Cons:

Als ik dan toch een opmerking mag maken: een tafeltje in de badkamer voor de toilettassen had handig geweest. Er is plek genoeg.

Mooi hotel, maar onbereikbaar.

Mooie locatie en propere kamers. Zeker niets op aan te merken.

Cons:

Inchecken was vreselijk. Twee dagen op voorhand gebeld dat we omwille van onze trouw laat zouden arriveren. Op die moment werd ons niet gevraagd om ook de betaling al in orde te brengen. Ik ging er van uit dat we dit de ochtend zelf wel zouden kunnen doen.

Uiteindelijk de dag zelf iemand gestuurd om onze bagage af te zetten en in te checken, deze personen hebben meer dan een half uur lang niemand gezien. Naar huis dan maar. Namiddag is iemand anders gegaan en hebben ze de sleutel in de nachtkluis gelegd, maar ook aan hun geen info over de betaling gegeven.

Op de trouw zelf kregen we dan berichten en telefoons dat onze betaling in orde gebracht moest worden. Echt niet fijn. Je verwacht toch dat zo een toeristische bestemming op zen minst een bemande ochtend en/of namiddag balie heeft.

A Chateau worth staying at.
Pros:

The location, building and food were brilliant. We mentioned that the Wi-Fi was slow, and the owner immediately came to our room, since it is normally very fast. Soon got that fixed. :). The portions and quality of food from the kitchen were excellent. We recommend this Chateau.

Cons:

The check-in process was very slow.

Het gaat niet om tegenvallen...ZEKER niet...
Het gaat over ...meer toegankelijkheid voor de rolstoelen...de terrassen vanachter...het salon binnen....de receptie....the games room...
En misschien iets van ventilator...🤭

A great overnight stay in a wonderful location.
Pros:

I loved the breakfast buffet - classic bread, meat and cheese and good coffee. The shower in the room was absolutely amazing. But the location is what makes this place - walking round the grounds with our dogs in the beautiful sunshine was joyous.

Cons:

The room we were in was small, fine for an overnight stay but would have felt cramped if we had been staying longer. The lift was idiosyncratic to say the least...!

Der Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die nette Dame am Empfang
Der Check-in verlief online! Es gab einen Begrüßungssekt!
Unser Zimmer war modern und blitzsauber. Das Bett war bequem – wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war gepflegt.
Das Frühstück: Ein absolutes Highlight! Die Auswahl war riesig!
Fährrad konnten sicher im Fahrradschuppen eingeschlossen werden!
