From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Convenient location with comfortable room
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Spacious room with big balcony and river view. Comfortable bed and pillow.
Cold air-conditioning which looks quite new.
Clean and tidy.
Free on-site parking!
Just 5mins away from Jonker Walk and other historical spots so it's very convenient.

Cons:

Hot water in shower not hot at all, but the weather is so hot, we don't really mind.
Fridge is placed beside the bedside table and makes noises and quite smelly when opened.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Kein Warmwasser zum Duschen, Zimmer und Bad schmutzig, Kaffeegeschirr nicht nutzbar (nicht gereinigt), Zimmer sehr hellhörig! Terrasse am Wasser war geschlossen, da der Steg renoviert wird. Somit kein Zugang zum Riverwalk. Sind sehr enttäuscht! Kann Hotel nicht empfehlen!

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und der Balkon sehr schön. Die weibliche Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, ihr männlicher Kollege war unfreundlich und hatte uns nach der 1 Nacht den Zimmerzugang gesperrt, obwohl wir 2 Nächte gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Das Hotel veranstaltet mittags und abends Buffets für externe Gäste, die mit Bussen kommen. Diese Busse stehen die ganze Zeit vor der Tür mit laufendem Motor.

The stay was memorable, the only area that must be improved is the cleanliness.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. Most attractions are reachable by foot. Easy access to town area and also can stroll along the river.
