From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und der Balkon sehr schön. Die weibliche Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, ihr männlicher Kollege war unfreundlich und hatte uns nach der 1 Nacht den Zimmerzugang gesperrt, obwohl wir 2 Nächte gebucht hatten.

Cons:

Das Hotel veranstaltet mittags und abends Buffets für externe Gäste, die mit Bussen kommen. Diese Busse stehen die ganze Zeit vor der Tür mit laufendem Motor.

The stay was memorable, the only area that must be improved is the cleanliness.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. Most attractions are reachable by foot. Easy access to town area and also can stroll along the river.

Nice and nice and nice😃
Pros:

Bilik cantik, luas dan sangat bersih. Ada balkoni n tingkap yg mengadap view cantik rivercruise.
Dekat dgn tempat2 attraction, jonker walk etc jalan kaki je ikut sungai

Semua okay, mungkin tempat parking boleh improve sikit
