Everything was great .Just little bit of noise the night time when people are waiting to go to the club.

Modern, clean, well designed
De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel waren echt hartverwarmend. Iedereen stond altijd klaar met een glimlach. Daarnaast was de rust in het hotel ongeëvenaard,een perfecte plek om even helemaal tot jezelf te komen. Ook werd de kamer meerdere keren per dag opgeruimd en verzorgd, wat echt luxe aanvoelde. Zelfs hadden ze een Dyson föhn op de kamer.
Eerlijk gezegd niets, het verblijf was perfect van begin tot eind

The location, the hotel is brand new, spacious room finished to very high standards, super high quality materials, dubious style though
The personnel was very attentive and helpful but obviously there were limits to what they could do fixing the problems
The breakfast was a la carte and the egg omelette was fabulous!
1. Air conditioning! Together with the hotel staff we could not make the room cooler than 25deg Celsius in the night! It was super hot and stuffy in the room! Unacceptable for 5 star hotel! We could not sleep at all! It is the faulty design of the AC it seems as the units were working but the room could not get cooler! I guess there is not sufficient number of AC units in the room
2. The hotel is a "designer hotel" and it is clearly "form over substance": ac does not cool enough the room, when you stand up from the sofa you hit your head with the fancy chandelier, the bed was relatively narrow in the otherwise large room, the bathtub in the living room looks fancy until you accidently pour water on your bed with the shower that had unusual switch on functions, etc...
3. The interior decor is flashy, gold, glitter, mirrors everywhere.. not my taste. The quality of materials is high though
4. Super expensive valet parking at 85 Euro per night
