The good thing of the place close to the mall.
Pros:

The place has a lots of ants. Seems they don't clean it the washrooms has some hair.seems the room is not clean.

Cons:

The rules is too much.
We never use any of the utensils there.

It was a one night stay ( a very short one). Overall its ok.
Pros:

The location which is just beside the mall.

Cons:

I was disappointed that I could not leave my luggages in the reception , as my flight was very late in the evening and the fact that the check out time is very early 10am .

Aircon is not cold enough. Maybe requires cleaning.

Very bad service!

Building was modern

Cons:

poor service from the Zack the property handler. I booked this for my in-laws who are senior citizens. When they were at the location to check-in at 3pm, they were not allowed to go in as their names were not communicated to the building management. Building security and I tried calling Zack for hours, but his mobile was turned off and unreachable. When finally, we were able to reach him at 8pm, he blames it on the Building Management for not reading the message on Facebook Messenger! He should have ensured the message was confirmed received! He should have had his mobile open. He also blames it on us because our contact number is an international number. We were only able to check in at midnight and expected us to check out at 10 am in the morning! He only agreed to extend till 12 noon only after I insisted on it. I understand there can be mishaps but what I did not like what instead of being apologetic about the issue, he did the blaming game. I hope the owner of the apartment knows how bad he manages the property and customers.
