Good Value with Huge Rooms
Pros:

The room was huge! Bedroom is separate from living area & shower is big enough for two easily. Hot water with good pressure, even on top floor. Bed was very comfortable & there was a tv. Staff was very helpful, providing info where to go, eat, etc and carried my bag up & down 3 flights of stairs as I couldn't manage that. Good value for the cost & close to everything.

Cons:

Coffee area could definitely use improvement, with milk & sugar available, tea bags, and better system for cups, etc. Pool area could use some updating and was freezing cold, but that was weather related. With tons of sargassum on the beach, it would have been nice to use the pool.

Foi ok, mas não ficaria de novo! Sem limpeza e falta de cuidado
Pros:

A localização do Hotel foi ótima. Perto do centro é perto da praia. O quarto em si era bom também! Bonito, espaçoso e aconchegante.

Cons:

Não gostei da limpeza! Não havia limpeza e em um lugar de areia como Holbox fica bem sujo. Ademais, os travesseiros estavam sem fronha quando cheguei. Quando desci para pedir uma fronha me deram uma fronha menor que os travesseiros que tínhamos. Somente no dia seguinte foram até o quarto verificar a troca. Achei isso uma falta de cuidado extrema!

Cons:

The price for the hotel is not commensurate with the quality and amenities. Some rooms did not even have a kettle, only a refrigerator. The rooms were spacious but quite empty, lacking furniture.

Good place to stay on Holbox
Pros:

Good location, big room, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night and good blackout blinds made for good sleep.

Cons:

Pool could do with a clean. Nice big roof terrace but could do more with it.

Would definitely stay again. Price, location and helpful staff a big plus!
Pros:

Loved the tropical pool area good selection of lounge chairs and I liked the layouts of the rooms.. kitchen area could have had some basic items like cups, cutlery and dish set. Nice to have fresh morning coffee in the lobby .. maybe a blanket on the bed .. weather wasn’t good for some of my stay and I used bath towels for extra bedding to keep warm..windows had good screens on them which was nice to be able to have air flow without the mosquitos!

Would like to see basic cutlery, cups and dish set in the kitchenette area, blanket for the bed,

Ik zou absoluut dit verblijf aanraden en hoop hier zeker nog terug te mogen komen.
Pros:

De locatie was super. Centraal zodat je overal naartoe kunt wandelen, maar ver genoeg zodat het rustig is. De dagen had we in Holboxx waren was het weer vrij wisselvallig en waaide het hard, maar door de ligging van het zwembad konden we toch genieten van te zon, terwijl het aan zee te onstuimig was. De hosts zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Pros:

Très bon séjour à la Palma. L'hôtel est bien situé dans Holbox, à proximité des rues passantes, boutiques et restaurants. Le personnel et spécialement Jonathan se tient vraiment à l'écoute. La chambre est très grande, confortable. Connexion WIFI impeccable et appréciée sur une île où on capte pas grand chose.

Cons:

La cuisine n'est pas réellement équipée, mais pas d'excuse pour essayer de bons restaurants sur l'île !

Super Lage, großes Zimmer. Gemütliche Atmosphäre durch die vielen Pflanzen.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich incl. das Wasser im Pool laden weder zum Schwimmen noch zum Verweilen ein.

Lovely staff and good value for money.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The location is very central and close to lots of nice restaurants that were recommended by the staff. The room was nice and big and very clean.
