Le ménage n’est pas fait à fond, par exemple sous le lit. Aucun changement de serviettes sur 3 jours. Il manque un sèche cheveux.

Der Pool ist nicht nutzbar! Sehr sehr dreckig und auch die Liegen sowie Auflagen waren total verdreckt und abgenutzt. Sehr schade. Auch auf dem Rooftop hat man gesehen, dass die besten Zeiten hinter dem Hotel liegen.
Das Zimmer müsste außerdem mal vernünftig gewischt werden. Man hat immer Staub/ Sand an den Füßen, auch wenn der Zimmerservice schon da war (und man keinen neuen Staub reinträgt).

There was almost no water pressure in the shower or the toilet, and we had no hot water. It was very difficult to shower, and the toilet took a long time to refill after a single flush.

The general amenities provided were very basic and could be improved.

The property urgently needs investment in a better and more efficient water pump system. Solving the plumbing issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

It’s difficult to give more than one star as we were scammed by this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist demanded 840 pesos in cash, which was never mentioned anywhere, in order to hand over the keys. As the booking was prepaid and non-refundable, we had no choice but to pay, otherwise we would have lost everything.

The reservation mentioned “environmental” fees of 35 pesos per person per STAY – so we expected to pay 140 for four people (4 x 35). But on arrival the receptionist told me that “the information on booking.com is incorrect” and that the fee was actually per DAY (not per stay), meaning the total was multiplied by SIX for our six-day visit!

We were thus asked for 840 just to get the keys! I tried to negotiate and discuss, nothing to do. She would not respect the Booking agreement. A total scam, utterly dishonest, and such a practice would be illegal in our home country. You arrive for a week with your young children and are trapped with no possibility of cancellation, refund or alternative.

So be very careful. Otherwise, here is an honest assessment of the rest:

Cleanliness: When we arrived, the room was very clean. However, there was no daily cleaning service – or it was done very haphazardly. In one week, they came two or three times at most, and each time it was only half done: the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the beds weren’t made, and the bins weren’t emptied.
Toilet paper is strictly rationed! One roll per day, maximum. AND the toilet paper cannot be flushed but must go into the bins. Now imagine four people, all going number two, and the smelly paper piling up in bins which aren’t emptied for days. If you like luxury and fresh air, this is not the place for you!

Overall, this is a hotel with great potential but significant management and staff shortcomings, which is a real shame.

We liked everything! Access to a kitchen or included breakfast would have made it even better but overall, a fantastic place!

Shower pressure is a bit low

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et pas de mini frigo . Piscine pour décoration , ne sert à rien.

Reception closed after a certain time.

Las almohadas no eran las más comodas pero en general bueno.
Lamentablemente a la alberca no le da el sol y como fuimos en invierno no pudimos usarla por el frio, no era lo más comodo.

Logement très peu équipé, seulement un frigo, pas de micro onde, ni de vaisselle
