El lugar es muy bueno, esta céntrico y no muy lejos del muelle, los desayunos son rico deben de probarlos, y el personal de recepción nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones

Paid for a room with kitchenette, but got a lesser room
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, but bagel was so tough you couldn't eat it. Pool is nice but could use a skimmer for the debris.

Cons:

I paid for a room with a kitchenette. However, the room we got didn't have this for the first 3 days. I specifically wanted a coffee pot, and all we got was a hot water pot. After much arguing with the manager, 3 days later we were moved into the appropriate room. Nor was there any hot water for the shower. The safe for valuables was locked and we could not use it. I told the manager 3 times about it with no response. Booking.com stated that ALL fees and taxes were included in the price. However, we were forced to pay an additional $660Mx for additional taxes. The other people checking in said they also were unhappy about this.

Pros:

Increíble alojamiento. Buen precio, buena piscina, aire acondicionado, super bonito ya que parecía una jungla. Y super bien ubicado, andando des del muelle a 7 min y en 4 minutos en la playa paradisíaca. Hay de todo alrededor (ambiente para la noche, farmacias, restaurantes, súpers...)

Cons:

Lo único que podría mejorar sería poner un secador de pelo en el baño.

Desde la recepcion hasta el final de la estadía fue genial, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, el personal super atento, Ramón y el equipo de recepcion siempre atentos. No sabia que podia contactar con ellos los tours, porque ya los tenias reservados, pero ellos solucionaron la movilidad dentro de la isla, taxis, bicis, lugares por conocer. Todo excelente. La alberca limpia y si tu no quieres gastar en desayunos tienes todo lo necesario para preparar y conservar tus alimentos.
Habitación funcional y climatizada garantizada. Desde que llegas la habitación ya esta fresca. Agradezco todas las atenciones. Ojo recomiendo que analicen bien los dias de estacas porque la isla te atrapa y quieres estar mas tiempo. Hotel recomendado, familiar, no hay ruido que te despierte y todo queda cerca. La seguridad impecable

Nada. Llevamos cosas de valor y todo en orden. Infortunadamente no tome fotos de la habitación. Todo genial

Habitaciones limpias y co fortablws, ubicación excelente, sin ruidos. Se podia descansar, climas funcionando al cien, alberca limpia. Servicios adicionales con cobro, como transporte y bicis super eficientes y rápidos. En general todo muy bien

Si tú no quieres hacer gastos adicionales el hotel tiene lo necesario, puedes preparar alimentos, todo funcionando al cien y limpio
Ramón super atento y todo el equipo de recepción.

Lastima siempre quieres mas tiempo en la.isla

L'hôtel était très bien placé pour visiter Holbox et vraiment très beau ! La chambre était très grande et propre, et le personnel vraiment aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est aussi très bien et très bon, avec un super vue depuis le rooftop ! Je reviendrai ici sans hésiter !

Super hôtel si vous cherchez quelque chose juste pour dormir
Pros:

Emplacement parfait car pas dans l’hypercentre donc peu bruyant mais à 5min à pied
Les chambres quadruples sont vraiment très spacieuses
Personnel très sympa

Cons:

On ne peut pas fumer dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel (dommage les terrasses de chaque chambre sont sympa)
Pas d’emplacement pour pouvoir accrocher les vélos et les sécuriser la nuit
Piscine pas très bien nettoyée
