Le personnel est charmant et très efficace. Le logement est parfait pour une famille. Il y a même de quoi cuisiner si on le souhaite. Très bien situé sans être trop bruyant. On recommande !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre et des plages, mais en même temps très au calme.
Le personnel parle anglais, ils sont aux petits soins et très à l'écoute.
La piscine est top, tout est très arboré, on se sent vraiment ailleurs...
La literie est vraiment très très bien, nous avons passé d'excellentes nuits.

C'est un petit paradis!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Moskitonetz vor den Fenstern angebracht. Die Betten groß und bequem. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage sehr gut. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand ... sehr familien- und kinderfreundlich ... wir kommen wieder :)

La Palma is a beautiful, natural setting in a great location. You are minutes away from the main square and a short walk to the beach. This hotel really hit the sweet spot for our family- it had a beautiful pool, very friendly and accommodating staff, and the room was BIG! My family loves to travel and I can tell you its not always easy to find a hotel that has rooms with separate sleeping areas, a nice pool, in a great location. La Palma was perfect- it checked every box! The bedroom was huge and the bed was big and comfortable with good, quality pillows. The living space was huge, and the fold out bed our kids slept in was very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and the service was friendly and warm. My children especially loved the crepes. The design and atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is so helpful. The communication was awesome- I received messages with information and helpful tips throughout our stay. The management is really proactive about anticipating guest needs and working to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We hope to return to beautiful Holbox and look forward to booking another great stay at La Palma when we do! I highly recommend La Palma!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur Lille et très bien à la fois proche du centre et proche de la plage. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et serviable c'est très appréciable.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was amazing and the island is stunningly beautiful. The staff was very nice as well. I would certainly recommend this place.

The customer service was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Daniela was amazing, so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The two men at reception were just as welcoming and professional, and it really made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. The rooms were a big surprise, much better than the photos and far more spacious than expected, with plenty of room to properly unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were perfect, which made a huge difference after long travel days. The air conditioning worked really well and having fans too kept the room cool at all times. The pool area was lovely and clearly very well looked after, a great place to relax. The location was ideal, close enough to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night, which we really appreciated.
