Nice, very clean hotel
Pros:

This was a really clean nice hotel. The price was amazing. The bed was firm but most are in Vietnam and I slept well. The hotel is small but nice and excellent value for money.

Cons:

The location of the hotel. I think we were a little out of season visiting in March but there wasn’t much around that was open.

Excellent place to stay in Halong
Pros:

We greatly appreciated the welcome at this hotel. Everything was done to support us throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and pleasant.Be prepared to walk a little to reach the main areas (about 5 to 10 mins). Truly excellent value for money.

Cons:

The only downside was the firmness of the beds, but it was largely acceptable.

Hơi áp lực khi đi đâu cũng đọc được các câu với nội dung đại loại như: làm hỏng món này sẽ đền bao nhiêu tiền. Giá như mình chỉ cần dán 1 bản kiểm kê tài sản trong phòng, khách đọc sẽ tự hiểu mà cũng cảm thấy thoải mái hơn

Tuyệt vời dù thời tiết hơi xấu
Pros:

Chỗ nghỉ thật sự tuyệt vời, hơn cả mong đợi. Mình đặt phòng gia đình 4 người lớn, 1 trẻ em được phòng to, rộng rãi, cửa sổ lớn nhìn ra mặt đường không thu thêm bất cứ phụ phí gì của em bé. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Cô chủ rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện đặc biệt mình cũng book tour đi vịnh qua cô chủ giá rất hời, tour uy tín, chất lượng. Đặc biệt mình đặt sớm nên được sale giá rất hời so với chất lượng. Rất ít khi đánh giá nhưng mà cô chủ khách sạn và khách sạn này rất tuyệt vời nên vượt lười để viết. Siêu rcm mọi người đến Hạ Long nghỉ ngơi ở đâyyy.

Pros:

All round the best accommodation I’ve had during my time in Vietnam so far. Super welcoming and friendly host and the son speaks incredibly good English for his age.
The room was big and clean, so was the shower, and the bed comfortable. The location is central, but not too busy so it’s quiet at night. All of the utilities worked flawlessly.
If I ever get back to Hạ Long this will be without a doubt my choice of stay again. Thank you so much for everything and I wish you and your family all the best in the future! Cảm ơn rất nhiều!

Pros:

The hotel is close to the city center but it is in a quiet area of the city. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is spottles clean. The hotel has an elevator.
It is a family owned hotel. All of the family members took care about me a very helpfully and warmly way. They organised my Halong Bay trip, drove me into the city helping me to arrange my personal to do list, drove me on the last day to catch the ferry to Cat Ba island. I was treated like a family member, like a grandfather. Last but not least the the daughter speaks good English and the son ist on the best way. Shortly, there is no communication problem. I think thankfully and very warmly on the family.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, 2 nights for 400k vnd. Bed was firm and clean. They allowed us to park our bike in the porch and added an extra lock at night.
