ACAR SMART OTEL

this hotel is thieves and scammers!! after booking on booking, having received the card details, there were 4 write-offs from the hotel - and the hotel wrote off the money on its behalf without embarrassment until the money on the card ran out!! and I am not the first victim, read other reviews! I write to the hotel many times, they are silent, do not answer letters! in the hotel itself there are bedbugs, a lot of bedbugs, you will simply be bitten by them!!! dirt, dust, stench, bedbugs and they are thieves!! this has never happened in the entire history of my travels around the world!!

I booked 2 * double rooms in Acar Airport Smart Hotel from June 26 to June 27. I indicated that I would come from 00:00 to 1:00 a.m.
I, my wife and our two children came to the hotel at 00:20. A person at the reception does not speak English at all. With the help of Google, he explained to us that there are no places in the hotel. After 40 minutes, he called a taxi and we went to another hotel. Before that, we discussed with him that we chose Acar Airport Smart Hotel because it is next to the metro. And this man promised us a free transfer to the subway...
Well, we arrived at Acar Airport Hotel Plus. We were offered a triple room for four people. We were also offered to pay a taxi to the metro. The hotel worker told us that a taxi would cost about 3 euros. This is, of course, very cheap. But I was promised that it would be free! Minus to their karma. It was too late, we had an early flight and we agreed for that.
Two of our children (7 and 9 years old) slept on the same bed. In the air conditioner remote control there were no batteries, screws stuck out of the shelf for the phone next to the beds and we did not have enough towels and bed linen. The number was not ready.
I want to clarify that we paid in advance the number - when booking. And at the hotel we were asked to pay for the room several times. I also want to say that when at 5:40 a.m. we came to the reception so that the receptionist called a taxi for us. But no one was there. And I was looking for anybody of the hotel workers, and even called, but did not find anyone. We were forced to wait for the bus.

I do not know if we have any compensation. But I want to say that the Acar Airport Smart Hotel is an extremely unscrupulous hotel. We slept only 3 hours and are very tired.

Breakfast at the hotel is stated as being at 7am. But at 7am nothing was ready. By 7am the staff had only just started to prepare it. As a result there was no time to wait for them, so I had to leave without breakfast.

AVOID THIS PLACE , they charge me double and even more and never got the refound, its been more than one month and they never answer

Terrible state of the room. Smoky, because smoking is not prohibited in the corridor. Bedbugs have settled in!

Bedbug inside mattress invade the room and beat my body during two days! The room has very smell smoke. I am non- smoker guy

Disgusting service, no hot water in the room, broken plumbing. I do not recommend

Breakfast and I told them light were off in bathroom they never fix it up as I say overall it was ok staff were nice n polite

Upon arrival, they asked for more money, than the price for booking! Was without breakfast.

they told me there is problem and room was flooded, so they moved me to another branch of hotel and room didn't satisfy me, there was only shower jel and no shampoo there was very small towel.

Hotel a bit run down and dated.

We tried to check in early as we were leaving at midnight, but they wanted an extra days payment. The shower was broken., there were two beds and one of them was broken, breakfast was practically non-existent. I can honestly say I think it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
