Pros:

Put me in a room beside front desk and I ask to be moved and the front desk person was rude and did not move me and told me I would have to pay 100dollor are more to be moved

Cons:

Nothing after that because I couldn't get no good sleep because of the noise

It was horrible!!
Cons:

I booked the room three days ahead of time.. so when I got there to check in they gave us the first king room my girl walked in on a Naked Man already in the room so we came down stairs in ask for another room! The second Room they gave us another person was in there in the dude came to the door mad in was ready to fight in the lady at the front desk walked up there with us to make sure everything was good but she gave us two room with somebody already in them.. so they had to find out if they had a room open for us so they gave us a suit I still wasn’t satisfied at all I asked to talk to a manager they told me it wasn’t one there! I was not satisfied

Overall, it was a good stay for one night. I would rate it a 6 out of ten.
Pros:

The location was great since I was heading to Montgomery. The breakfast was ok. The eggs did not look too tasty, so I did not eat.

Cons:

The night staff was not friendly. No smiles or words of welcome. The morning staff was awesome. They appeared happy, smiling, and eager to assist,

Pros:

Our room and bathroom/toilet was dirty on arrival- the floors in hotel are filthy!

Cons:

Dirty- cheap- u couldn’t even wash your hands in the sink the faucet was so close to edge-

I will stay here again but I hope the hotel addresses these fundamental maintenance issues.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and location

Cons:

The type of bathroom faucets are completely wrong for the installed sinks. The water downspout/flow is SO far back in the sink, the water hits the back of the sink almost missing the sink completely making it impractical to use the sink. It is virtually impossible to use the sink without making a mess. Next - the room I was staying in and the room next to it had no room numbers posted on the outside of the room. The front desk was aware of the issue but didn't say anything about fixing the issue.
