Nice place to chill for a few days and realx. great pool.

the food was good but very limited choice and repetitive
we had to leave at 3am
for a 45min airport transfer and they gave us a car which had no light after 2min drive and broke down before we reached the airport.

A great oasis in Mangily
Pros:

It was quiet,right by the beach, the room was very nice and in good order. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good.

Cons:

Not really the hotels fault but the resort/area is very underdeveloped, so that it’s not comfortable or enjoyable to explore the surrounding area.

Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent – right next to the ocean. However, it’s worth noting that walking along the beach or relaxing there is quite difficult due to the very persistent local vendors, although I assume this is the case along most of this beach. Overall, the hotel was very good – the food was nice, there were several pools perfect for relaxing, and even a small gym on-site.

Cons:

The only downside was that at times the hotel grounds seemed to be used not only by guests but also by people passing by, especially during the day, which is something to be aware of.

. Très satisfaite du transfert aéroport/hôtel/aéroport
. Repas : caprices exaucés ! On demandait parfois des choses hors cartes, enfin modifiées et vraiment on était gâtées !
. Personnel agréable et aux petits soins !
. Je recommande vraiment à 200%

Cons:

Sans pour autant ressembler aux campings peut-être prévoir plus d'activités (pas forcément payante) - animations ?
Ceci dit nous étions équipées de jeux pour nos temps libres !

Beautiful Resort, but Needs Better Organization
Pros:

The resort itself is beautiful and really deserves praise. The food is excellent, the pool area right by the sea is stunning, and having breakfast overlooking the water is a wonderful experience. The bar serves great cocktails, there’s a small gym available, and the rooms are spacious with everything you need. The staff are kind and welcoming too. The WiFi in the restaurant area is good!

Cons:

However, there are some important downsides:
• A 5% commission fee on card payments is applied, but this should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking on Booking.com, giving guests the option to pay directly through the platform instead.
• The restaurant definitely needs an English menu. It’s understandable that staff mainly speak French, but at least translating the menu would make things easier, especially for an international hotel.
• While this is not the hotel’s fault, visitors should know that the sea is not ideal for relaxing. The beach experience is far from peaceful—every few seconds vendors approach selling the same wooden souvenirs, food in buckets, or excursions. The only truly quiet moment is early in the morning at sunrise, which I highly recommend for a walk. After that, it becomes exhausting. One day is fine, but staying two or more quickly becomes overwhelming. On top of that, excursions are overpriced, which feels unfair since they are one of the few activities offered to guests.
• One afternoon we even found ourselves in the middle of a fashion show inside the hotel without any prior notice—a rather odd experience that made us want to escape! 🤣

Overall, the structure itself is beautiful but the overall organization needs improvement. I gave it an 7/10 because of the beautiful resort and facilities, but I hope they will address these issues to make the stay more enjoyable and stress-free.

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to town. Garden rooms more peaceful, but good facilities all round.

Cons:

Wi-fi only in public spaces, beach can be crowded as it is the main beach in Mangily.
