Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and seemed motivated to give the best possible impression of their hotel. The rooms was comfortable and very clean.

Cons:

A very, very minor issue was that there was only 1 electrical socket. A second one, or an adapter would help 2 people charge their phones at the same time.

Terrible service

Stayed here 2 weeks ago. One socket in my room. Asked reception for an extension lead. They could not give me one. Today 01-05-26 I ordered food and asked for a knife and fork to cut my food. Reception called me to say it is the hotels policy to not give guests knives. OMG!

Worst hotel experience
Pros:

Very close to SM, Robinson's and bus terminal.

Cons:

We booked and paid a deluxe room a month ago but when we checked in at around 4pm, we were told to wait as there was no room available. We argued and they relocated us to a regular room. The hotel is not ideal for long stay as there was no lock keys available. We can open the room with a small coin. Also, the slippers provided were used and soiled, bedsheets, pillow cases and blankets were very old and thin. No floor towels making the shower area filthy. No garbage bin bags. We will not go to sogo hotel again.

I like the location because it’s near the Bus Terminal.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. But menus can be improved on availability. No halo-halo. No milk tea. No shakes and no Tapsilog while the colorful glossy menu printed were provided in the room.
