Pros:

Для детей здесь действительно много развлечений: игровые автоматы, детская комната, бассейны и различные мастер-классы. Ребенку всегда было чем заняться.
Хороший выбор еды — каждый мог найти что-то на свой вкус.
Большим плюсом стала уборка номера два раза в день, благодаря чему в номере всегда было чисто и комфортно.

Cons:

К сожалению, не на всех мастер-классах преподаватели были дружелюбны. Создавалось впечатление, что некоторые из них были не рады видеть детей. Мне кажется, что детские мероприятия — не место, где стоит демонстрировать свое недовольство или раздражение.
Несмотря на хороший выбор блюд, каждый день нашего пребывания в ресторане были мухи, которые садились на еду. Для отеля такого уровня это неприемлемо.
Самым неприятным моментом стал трансфер. По приезде можно было воспользоваться заранее забронированным через Booking трансфером без каких-либо проблем. Однако при отъезде нам сообщили, что воспользоваться сторонним трансфером нельзя и необходимо бронировать только транспорт отеля, стоимость которого была значительно выше обычной. Еще больше разочаровало отношение некоторых сотрудников. Создалось ощущение, что на нас оказывали давление исключительно ради продажи собственного трансфера, а общение было таким, будто мы не можем позволить себе обычное такси. Я давно не сталкивалась с таким отношением. К сожалению, именно этот инцидент полностью испортил впечатление от последнего дня нашего отпуска.

Классный номер Губки Боба, прекрасное питание, дисциплинированный и вежливый персонал, замечательный парк развлечений. Отдельно отмечу удобные кровати, спишь, как младенец)

Wonderful and easy family vacation!
