Хороший отель для детей и для взрослых! Вкусная и разнообразная еда, аттракционы, аквапарк, разные шоу, мастер-классы для детей - все, чтоб вы не скучали!

Cons:

Нам было очень сложно найти полотенца на территории парка, мы искали хоть какие-то обозначения на карте, но ничего не было. Позже мы нашли полотенца у бассейна для постояльцев отеля Nickelodeon и Kingdom отеля, но с бассейном тоже не повезло, ведь по факту никто не проверяет откуда вы и гостю отеля уже места у бассейна нет, не то что шезлонгов свободных нет, а даже просто бросить вещи негде. То есть проживая в отеле лучше не расчитывать на отдых у бассейна на территории парка, только если вы не планируете бежать и занимать места с утра пораньше.
Кататься днем на горках парка это испытание, так как очень жарко. А вот в 20:00 очень много аттракционов уже будет закрыто, хотя парк работает до 22:00. Почему бы не сделать открытие парка для постояльцев отеля на час раньше например? Чтоб проживание в отеле имело свои преимущества.
Так же, мы заказывали и оплачивали отдельную услугу празднования дня рождения ребенка. В эту услугу входили: поздравление от выбранного персонажа, торт, угощения, подарок ребенку и одно фото в рамке на память. Все прошло хорошо, но когда мы пришли получать фото - нам сообщили что за него нужно заплатить еще 2700лир. При долгих выяснениях фото нам все таки распечатали бесплатно, но без рамки. девушка из Guest relations очень старалась решить этот вопрос, но руководство не помогло ей в этом и рамку она нашла уже «хоть какую-то», меньше чем фото и поцарапанную. Это было совсем неприятно, с учетом того что это заранее забронированная и оплаченная услуга.
При выселение нам сообщили что uber на территорию отеля они не запустят, так он нелегально работает в Турции, что есть неправда! Пол года назад мы отдыхали в этом же отеле и uber запускали без проблем. А теперь отель зарабатывает на такси и не пускает убер на территорию! нам пришлось с чемоданами идти за территорию всей земли легенд, по жаре, что очень испортило общее впечатление.

При этом отель все еще в хорошем состоянии, номера классные, персонал старается помочь.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel mit tollem Ambiente, sehr gutem Essen und einem großen, abwechslungsreichen offenen Buffet – unser Aufenthalt im Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war unsere Erfahrung im SPA sehr enttäuschend, da Preise aus unserer Sicht nicht transparent kommuniziert wurden, mehrfach zusätzliche Beträge berechnet wurden und am Ende Kosten entstanden, die deutlich über dem ursprünglich vereinbarten Preis lagen.

Dream place for children
Pros:

Facilities, helpful and welcoming staff. Possibility to go in the afternoon to Rixos Hotel and experience their beach and facilities is a great advantage too.
