Cons:

I was given room on the third floor. The entire ceiling of the third floor was water damaged and cracked and huge gaping holes with constant water dripping from the ceiling. Zero warnings from the receptionist. Had to sleep while water slowly dripped into the caroets in such dangerous conditions. Stupidity beyond comparison

lantai hotel di tingkat 2 & 3 tidak rata (perbezaan aras tidak ditanda), tambah merbahaya apabila wall to wall carpet dipasang teramat mengelirukan. Pelanggan boleh tersadung/terjatuh.

Everything from check in to check out ,I booked for 2 days but I end up staying for only 1 night ,shower was out of order ,aircon was leaking ,lights were damaged ,smelly
Made me wait 30 mins for check in ,no staff ,no water no toothbrush
This hotel being listed on booking.com is shame
