Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux du proprio Mohammed, sa réactivité, la propreté des lieux, la literie ainsi que le petit déjeuner typiquement marocain.
Mention spéciale pour les oeufs préparé à la façon marocaine, les mesmes et bien évidement le thé.

Cons:

Petit bémol : C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas de douchette dans les toilettes

hostiteľ bol milý, po príchode urobil čaj a kávu, ráno nachytal skvelé raňajky, dal výborne odporučenie kde sa máme navečerať

Great accommodation, I recommend it!
Pros:

It was close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Delicious breakfast, kind host. Clean bathroom.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a small table lamp in the room. Unfortunately it was very cold, there was no heating (I was given a blanket) but this is the case in almost all Moroccan riads.

Der Gastgeber Mohamed ist sehr behilflich
Pros:

Bis auf Streichkäse ist das Frühstück sehr süß und reichhaltig.
Anza, was für ein beschaulicher Vorort von Agadir. Die Menschen sind hier freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Es ist ein Surfparadies. Mohamed ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Ich habe als Einzelperson ein Doppelbett mit sehr guter Matratze bekommen. Das Gemeinschaftsbad hatte ich aufgrund Gästemangels in der Vorsaison für mich alleine. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse in der morgendlichen Sonne ist überwältigend. Der Strand ist 250 m entfernt. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Fischrestaurant und eine kleine Pizzeria mit Sitzplätzen im Freien. Alles ist unglaublich preiswert. Im Café am Strand kostet ein Espresso mit einer kleinen Mineralwasserflasche 1,20 Euro. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte Carrefour in Agadir. Alkohol gibt es nur in Carrefour Victoria. Bargeld in Euro wird zu guten Kursen ohne Gebühr im den Wechselstuben getauscht. Natürlich ist das hier keine Ferienanlage. Wer das braucht sollte beispielsweise ins Hotel Almoggar Garden Beach gehen. Kostet natürlich das 5-fache.

Gerne jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Mohammad ist ein richtig toller Gastgeber, der sich um alle Bedürfnisse der Gäste kümmert, mit dem man gut ins Gespräch kommen kann und der hervorragendes, typisch marokkanisches Frühstück macht.

l’établissement est parfaitement emplacement tout est à coter, c’est le meilleur logement que j’ai fait au maroc, Mohamed est un hôte génial toujours au petit soin avec un super déjeuné local tout les matins

Friendly vibe
Pros:

Good location, lovely welcome from Osama who made us tea upon arrival.
The roof terrace was lovely and our room was very comfortable.
It was nice to chat with other guests in the communal areas and at breakfast which was also very good.
There was facilities to make tea/cook your own food if needed.
Only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops/cafes.
Easy to get the bus up the coast and plenty of good surf spots close by.
