Beautiful but not the best
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and the view is absolutely beautiful.
The staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

We took the biggest room which is on the 4th floor, which you don't have an elevator to. The elevator goes only to the 3rd floor.
The bath in the room is a safety hazard, it is so tall that you cannot go in without risking yourself.
My wife fell because of it and got injured.

The hotel location can be tricky to get to and it's not a walking distance from the city center or other attractions.
Breakfast was fine but very simple, mainly local dishes.

A real gem of a place!
Pros:

Small cosy boutique hotel. Only 10 rooms and very quiet and peaceful but close to many eateries and cafes. Such a special experience!

Staff are amazing, so helpful and gave great recommendations on where to eat. One day, we had missed breakfast because we went on a sunrise tour but they rustled up something for us even though the kitchen was closed.

Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Simple but very tasty. The lounge area is open 24 hours and offers coffee, tea and snacks. It’s a great place to hang out and drink in the gorgeous views.

Cons:

As other users have mentioned, the water flows out of the shower onto the floor. Bathtub might be too high for seniors or young children.

Pros:

Khách sạn tuyệt cà là vời, chắc chắn sẽ là nơi duy nhất mình quay lại Đà Lạt nếu vẫn giữ được giá tốt. Giá cả rất hợp lý, và điểm đặc biệt là mọi phòng đều có view siêu đẹp, thích hợp để check-in sống ảo luôn. Một điểm cộng cực lớn là đồ ăn sáng, đặc biệt là tô bún bò, cực kỳ oke, + vài món buffet. Mình nói thật, nếu khách sạn này giá 1 củ thì tô bún này cũng phải 800k ;)))). Bò nạm nhiều, nước dùng đậm đà, mà tô bún thì siêu đầy đặn, ăn xong thấy cực kỳ đã 🥰

Trong tầm giá này, phòng lại có cả bồn tắm, view đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi nữa, chưa kể là còn có 2 chai nước suối miễn phí nữa. Với giá này mà có được một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời như thế thì thật sự đáng đồng tiền bát gạo. Nếu ai đang tìm một khách sạn với giá hợp lý nhưng chất lượng tốt thì đây chính là lựa chọn lý tưởng.

Cons:

Đường vào hẻm khá nhỏ, xe trung chuyển phải đậu ngoài đường chứ k đi vào, có thể cân nhắc. Nhưng bù lại khách sạn giá tiền + view có thể nói là tốt nhất Đà Lạt

The shower head is to low for a taller person . No way to adjust it 😕
The bath tube is not for a tall person as well.

I’m so glad I picked this hotel, go ahead and book this hotel I’m 100% sure you won’t regret it.
Pros:

We stayed from 01 Dec to 05 Dec. The location, the view, the interior of the lobby and the rooms, the breakfast and above all the staffs were just wonderful. Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids booked 3 rooms together with a family friend and her family who booked 2 rooms and we really just enjoyed our stay a lot and for sure we will be coming back again. To give a more detailed summary, the location was just about 8 mins drive from the city centre, and the view was unblocked for all rooms, the interiors were new and very well maintained, breakfast was delicious every day with a choice of 4 main options and a mini buffet line and the staffs were so nice and welcoming. We had to catch a early flight out of dalat and we were leaving for the airport before breakfast operations hours, the staffs went the extra mile to pack us granola to go so that we could take our breakfast when we reach the airport. For a family with aging parents and kids, small gestures like these makes a lot of difference and we really appreciated the effort.

Cons:

Nothing. Usually water pressure and temperature not being hot enough is a common problem at past hotels I stayed in but no issues at all at this hotel.

Phòng sạch đẹp. Rất hợp gu mình. Phòng không quá lớn cũng ko quá nhỏ tạo cảm giác ấm cúng vừa đủ. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và có tâm. Mình cũng làm ngành dịch vụ nên đánh giá rất cao về 2 bạn lễ tân. Mình đi rất nhiều nhưng ko bao giờ viết đánh giá về dịch vụ nhưng lần này thật sự rất muốn khen các bạn và khách sạn. Lần sau sẽ tiếp tục ở HLS
